Don't you want people to find and fix the vulnerabilities in the OS before it goes public? Or will this just turn into another Slashdot anti-MS circle jerk?
I honestly don't see the huge issue here. Sure, I dig open-source stuff, but not if it means nothing else is going to work with it. That and these guys are payed by the government, they can't afford to hire more people to teach them how to use software that 95% of the world doesn't utilize.
Real Software: 1, OpenSource: 0.
