In other words... Spyware. Do we really want to reward companys for putting spyware on our computers and collecting information about us? You should be able to specify what type of ads you would like to see, not what spyware companys think is good for you.
Also, much of spyware data is not very accurate because of multi-user computers. This is more of a problem with single user environments, like Windows 98, because they have the same cookies for ALL users.
This shocked me, Google normally does things by themselves... it is normally other people that steal from Google. Exibit #1: Old "Yahoo" Search was powered by Google.
I think that google should make their own music service. It would put pressure on iTunes to make their service better. Also it would (probably) lower prices. Don't you just love Capitalism?
This just shows that whatever is in existance, you could mod. I think this is also a good idea for the modders that do a GREAT project then just plug in a normal beige keyboard. Take the extra time and make a fancy keyboard, it would look really cool!
Now, if you can emulate Windows or Linux, couldn't you theoreticly emulate (almost) and other game console? Once someone makes a reliable Nintendo DS emulator for Linux or Windows, there would be no need for the DS. Unless of course you wanted the extremely sexy dual screens, then you WOULD have to buy a DS. Shame, I was hoping for an All-In-One console.
