burnable and non-burnable? you guys are lucky... I live in norway, and [up|over] here we have seperate dustbins for compost, glass, metal, plastic, paper, cartons(milk, juice etc), and high risk garbage (mostly old batteries and oil) and there are severe penalties for putting the wrong kind of garbage in the wrong [bin|bag]. And yes, the bags are transparent. well at least two of them...
We also have a general dustbin for [dirty|mixed] garbage, but its really small... (maybe 8 litres?)
I Norway, policemen don't wear weapons, and if they accidentally kill someone, they have the same trip through the justice system as anybody else.... and then on accounts of shooting someone with an MP-5, as this is the only weapon the norwegian police actually use.. (yes they've got those nice glocks, but they never use them...)
If i read the article correctly, they wanted to get a little more physical activity into the mix...

recently I wanted to set up a php/apache/mysql box...
first i tried debian, but to no avail, even in testing, they're php4 package was two months old... and i got into a dependency-loop... (you know, A needs B, B needs C and C needs A, so nothing gets installed), then i tried to install slackware (7.2 at the time), downloaded the packages off the official php, apache and mysql sites, less README, and it worked... Why use a dumbing distro, when you want to learn linux?
Are cows the ultimate host, since we actually breed them? or are they just an ally? (hey, we guarantee you will survive as a species, but we get to eat you...)
and where are the virii farms?

But why would you work there, if you weren't planning to stay?

I personally live in norway, getting paid too little, and giving 2/5 to the government...

I as one would jump at the first opportunity to get an implant, think of the programming speed you could gain...
The pr0n would be at the end of the list of possibilities for me. Just think of the prospect of thinking the programs, and debugging at the speed of light, you could debug the linux kernel in a matter of minutes, you could optimize windows at assembly-level, by using nothing more than the memory-blueprint as a reference, you could do anything you want in a matter of hours, not months. The price of letting big brother see my most inner thoughts is a small price to pay the second they realize they can't punish me for my thoughts, only my actions
Although they will probably cancel the project after a few people, i will be first in line to get a full bionic I/O-handler, the possibility of getting the latest news anywhere, and if suddenly your car brakes down, you dial up, and get a troubleshooters-guide from the cars homepage. If you want information of what movies are running at the local cinema, you look that up, it's the ultimate wearable, concealed information database ever, not to mention the possibilities if everybody were linked to everybody else, all the time, you could talk to your boss in europe, while in a meeting in asia, without anybody knowing. On a lighter sidenote, how do we know the Illuminati hasn't already taken this into everyday use, and have spies everywhere, only conferencing on the hard-to-decrypt GSM waves:)
You only need to obtain government permission if the satellite is being sold to a foreign country, triggering an export control review.
So what you are saying is that if I had $50million i would still have to pay more for the launch, because i live in Norway, but if i get an american citizen to launch it and "own" it, it will be much cheaper? That sounds like a world domination strategy to me...

if you are to include å ä and ö, you should really consider the posibilities of an Æ-wing, or maby even an ø-wing?
