They needed to test to see if the delta V rocket could get there. Seeing parts of a huge rocket on the bridge getting there was something. They build a new launch site on the island just for the purpose of launching bigger rockets. They are supposed to be doing a test of the big rocket sometime this spring. That maybe a were since the budget cuts.
Look at the motherboard chip sets. There are many intel based and amd based motherboards that support 32GB or more of RAM. The older i7 and amd3+ motherboards maxed out at 16GB or 4GB per slot. There was also no 8GB DDR3 RAM at the time. There are 8GB DDR3 RAM sticks now. There are some intel based motherboards that can take 64GB of RAM. I haven't seen any amd3 or amd3+ that can go to 64GB. Maybe with FM1 at some point. Most of the FM1 motherboards that I have seen only support 32GB. Considering FM1 looks like it is geared towards the middle of the road to low end crowd. I am not so sure it will.
I put facebook, myspace, and linkedin in the same boat. Some people put up stuff they want you to see. If that stuff is true or not is a different story.
The stabilizer stops the breakdown. Ethanol will separate if left sitting. Most people's cars this is not an issue. This is a huge issue for boats. The fuel separates and you have water in your fuel tank. The ethanol fuel will also clean your fuel tank and lines. If you have an older boat (or old cars for that matter) you better be checking your fuel filters. On boats it is not uncommon for people to have to pump their tanks out to get rid of the ethanol and not suspended dirt from the 10+ year old tank. This kills the engines.
For boaters we add stabilizer each time we put fuel in. It also helps for the winter storage. The stabilizer is already in there. For cars it is not gonna hurt. I have never head of getting better millage from the stabilizer.

Also chrome has add ins that allow people around more things on a locked down machine. We had a professor that wanted google chrome for a classroom pc. This professor also hated not being an admin on the classroom machines, he complained every chance he got. After chrome was installed he stopped complaining. That machine started to have different settings. The background was changed, screen saver was changed. The registry was totally screwed up. The professor got added to the admin group. We re-imaged the machine. Everything was fine until that same professor went in that room. Then he was admin again. Again we imaged the machine. No chrome. No issues, well, besides his complaining. We now have a no chrome policy on the domain machines. Granted this professor has connections with google, so he may have more insight then other people. He cannot crack the machine without chrome. He tries. We watch him trying to boot the machines off of a USB or CD all the time. That is locked down to. He has said he is going to cut the lock keeping the machine case shut. He is determined, I'll give him that.
There was a higher tax rate that did target only the super rich back in the 1930s. Only one person actually paid this higher rate. Rockefeller. The government could do something similar today. Target those who make $1 Billion+. Right now the 1% tax hikes also hit small businesses. Many if not most of these people make less then $1 million a year. They are a lot better off them most of us certainly. But Gates, Buffet, and Zuckerburg are in a totally different class then the guy who own the landscape place down the road. They should not be taxed at the same 1%er rate.

Refurbished drives usually mean the drive failed, was sent in for repair and now is being resold. You can wipe a failed drive? If the motor died, how can you wipe it? The average person does not have the utilities to wipes a failed drive. Whoever refurbished the drive should have wiped it, not newegg.

I thought I read somewhere the founding fathers wanted people in Congress to serve for a while then return to public life so they did not lose touch with the people. Or something to that effect. If there was a say a term limit, a lot of this would go away. The players would change. Sure there would be groups trying to get their like minded people elected over and over, but that (hopefully) would be seen and acted on accordingly.

The same could have been said with microsoft. There were (and are) other operating systems, web browsers, spreadsheet applications, word processing applications, etc. The courts said at the time microsoft had enough of a lead that by leveraging that lead into other markets that is wrong.
Google is charging when it did not in the past. If google didn't change there would be no issue. The change in behavior is the problem. If you kill the competition with a free product then when you are the only game in town, (or believed to be the only game in town like microsoft was) change your tactics, you may have a court date ahead. If google had charged from day 1 this would not be an issue.
More RAM too. There were not too many 2GB models in the 5000 series. There are a bunch of 2GB or 3GB models in the 6000 series. Nvidia did the same thing with the 8000 series and the 9000 series. The 9000 series was the 8000 series with a few more features. I have a 8800GT 512 MB card and a 9800GT 1GB card. The 9800GT card does not take any extra power while the 8800GT needed a 6 pin power plug to function correctly. The difference nothing that I can see. The 8800GT is actually 'faster' according to tests. But with the larger amount of memory, the 9800GT plays games the same or better. Since the games I play have huge maps, the larger memory helps a lot. I am looking at a 6950 2GB model. The price has yet to drop with the release of the 7000 series. I am just waiting.
