I like Visual Studio too, what difference does it make. This guy is going far beyond "I like Visual Studio", it reads like a psychopath trying to get someone to sleep with him. That account is brand new, has only one post, and he would have to be a very organised thinker as well as a rather hyperactive typer to get all of that out in a maximum of two minutes after the story appeared. It all seemed a bit too orchestrated to me.

It doesn't matter. It's a brand new account, and that is his only post, ever. I really doubt that account has a subscription. Chances of it all being a coincidence seem rather low to me.

It's impressive that you typed that well thought out post (your first post, no less!) all in one minute after the story was made public, despite lack of a subscriber account. It's almost like you knew beforehand that this story was going to appear and wanted to get some pro MS sentiment in before anyone else had a chance to say anything..! How much were you paid for that, exactly?

It could print parts of itself, but it would obviously run out of space before it managed to print the whole thing, since it can only rotate teh assembly rather than move it along. Even if it could shift the sub-assemblies out, it would need some way of assembling them.

It also seem that it can only build using one type of block at the moment, so it can't add in motors, control blocks etc. (yet!).

    Still, it's pretty cool :)

The USB system that they're using to do this hack probably won't be that different from the PS4's USB setup, and whether the rest is similar or not, they can still learn from past mistakes. They probably shouldn't be allowed to go after people doing hardware mods, but if it's within their legal rights to do so then I won't complain about their actions yet, though I will complain about the laws allowing them to do so..

I'm unsure how to feel about this. I think Sony are going about it the wrong way. If they have security holes in the system they should patch them up, and if the holes are in the hardware then I suppose they should just make sure to fix them up in the PS4. I am however happy for them to remove as much possibility as possible that there will be people cheating on online games. That's one of the few real benefits over playing on my PS3 as opposed to PC gaming online.

My first response referenced both with regards to the job statement, and mainly phones with regards to communication, since nobody tends to check their email while sleeping, but many still want to leave their phone on in case of a family emergency or whatnot.

I did not say that the sentence was not meant to include computers. You are the one that used computers as an example of how you don't communicate while you're asleep, despite the fact that phones are 50% of the whole topic.
