Calls would only be being placed with those in your contacts book. Your contacts would have to be poisoned first somehow, and not everyone who emails you is put into contacts unless you compose mail to them, or reply to them (ergo creating a discussion).
PS: in a literal mood, but i did recognize you were being humorous;)
He's right that the lack of a removable battery and slots did not hinder the adoption of the iPhone. But I don't recall people saying it would be a failure because of its lack of expandability in hardware.
That would inevitably trigger a broad demand for "internet passport" credentials, illegitimately obtained from others. And they would probably be easier to get than CC numbers and/or SSNs (which are all rather easy already).
I'd have certainly enjoyed my comp sci courses more if Steve Furber had written all my textbooks. He's completely lucid and hits the balance between technical and readable. His ARM SoC Architecture title is a freakin' gem.

Don't you have to have a FB account to begin with, to even appear in the tagging dialog overlay that appears for that process?
It's not my fault. Our regular CS instructor died of snakebite, so the business course chick took over and made us learn Excel.

Jeez. Sounds like a certain operating system I know.
No-one ever got fired for choosing Hadopi. Well, not yet anyway.
How? Is it a closed system?
Exactly. It's got to be much less of a PITA to get the ISPs to roll over for them instead of deploying known snoopware client-side.
Wouldn't they have better luck getting the french ISPs to roll over for them instead of deploying known snoopware client-side?
Brazil and India seem to be ~70% of the total orkut users.
It appears that Brazil and India use it the most.
