Exactly. There are far more lonely men than women and women are lonely often because of their own decision and not because they cannot find anyone. There are also very successful males who have got some kind of a harem. Hugh Hefner is a prime example.

The old joke demonstrates this pretty well:

Boy: I have a dick, and you dun have!
Girl: My mother said, when I grow up, I can have as many as I want

Not really. Women don't evolve that much because they have got no selective pressure - there is more demand than there is supply for females.

Or that for my personal application area iPhone sucks compared to even a HTC Himalaya. Or that I nowadays prefer C# over C because I feel that C leads to a shoddy and insecure programming style.

I am neither a troll nor a Microsoft shill nor a stupid noob. I develop software for a living since 2002 and started programming almost 20 years ago.

Yes, this is offtopic but I honestly don't care, I've hit the karma cap years ago when you could still see karma points.

It is more powerful alright. But it is also a mess of layers ontop of layers which makes the system slow and unrespondable because of the huge overhead. It is also like a huge corporation with lots of management layers - clearly arranged when looking at the whole, but difficult to understand from inside and very slow. It is IMHO more efficient to combine the small modules in a larger and more generic ones.

But as I already mentioned, it is just an opinion.

I don't. Even European Diesel fuel doesn't burn that clean. I rather hope for HCCI engines (a fuel-gasoline mix compressed and preheated to the point of auto-ignition). Those engines combine the fuel economy of a Diesel engine with the gasoline engine like emissions.
