Any console cant offer too much. It was rightly pointed out that the consoles tend to grow into themselves. It wont be long before even the PS3 becomes outdated.

4) The Orbit. (The orbit must centre about a star, satellites will be eliminated)
5) Composition (ie. % solid % gaseous and % liquid)
All the limits should be set such that the existing objects classified as planets should fit in.
This is necessary to avoid unnecessary confusion in public.
