Your thought process is off here. Market Share does not speak to innovation. Innovation is _usually_ driven by the high tear niche in a market. Automobiles for example. Benz or Bmw certainly do not have the market share that a Ford or a honda have, but they break to market with the newest features (HID headlights ABS and SIPS come to mind) and then as technology and cost decrease, and demand increases, the "features" (in this case form over or equivalent to function) trickle down to the mass market.
Horrid analogy due to the fact that the person would 1st need to trespass to conduct this act. If you are going with this analogy, it would have to be more along the lines of
"I left my faucet open, the running water went in to the street and the person next door scooped up the water that reached his house and used that water to wash his car."
You then sue your neighbor for the cost of water he used....
Then the fact that the water was running on his property DOES hold up in court.

You are basing your morality on a book which it has been shown on more than one occasion, is a mistranslation. You know like the fact that Mary was not a "Virgin" little things like that.
I like the way the God you read about lines up so succinctly with your own beliefs, that does make it convenient, does it not? I mean, how hard was it to find a "god" who also hates the gays as you do? And what if you have picked the wrong end of that conversation and COMPLETELY missed the point of reading the bible and using it as a tool of living?
I mean if you were to REALLY read the bible and put all the bullsh#t aside, isn't it just a "modernization" of The Code of Hammurabi? and isn't the underlying theme of the book and the code simply to:do unto others as you would have them do unto you:? Isn't that the whole idea? I really didn't see ANYTHING in any version of the bible that states that anyone should be segregated based on any quality they possess mentally or physically. Jesus associated with known hookers, and stayed in leper colonies, are you not supposed to learn SOMETHING from that?
And please point to the convenient part of the book where it says "Thou Shalt Not Look at Penthouse." and don't give me "Thou Shalt Not Covet Thy Neighbor's Wife" as they are totally separate dealings.
"Wife's" were just humanized property at the time and that commandment is not one of a sexual nature.

I am not sure at which point you decided to make the second commandment disapear, but "Thou shalt not take the name of the Lord thy God in vain." is CLEARLY what the poster was refering to.

Yep, good call dude, 10/00 that WAS about 2 years ago! Now I understand why no one plays their PS2 anymore! It's more than 2 years old now.
Uhh...sure they are not. because, if I am reading this right, and I like to think that I am, approximatly 90% of Dell's PC's are shipped without some form of Windows installed.....or is that.09%/sarcasm
Come on, do you really think that if these pc's from Dell did not come with windows, they would still sell? Most of the PC market is proped up by Microsoft. You can feel free to have an opinion and dislike Apple, but don't be a dunce about it!
I heard this problem years ago and struggled with the solution. I think, fundimentally, everyone who provides a feasible answer too this problem tries to break down the math and look at it from different perspectives to provide proof. The thing that has always troubled me is that there is no way to preclude the facts from this. The fact is, each salesman initially lays out $10. Thus there is $30 in existence. Fact 2, each man recieves $1 back in to their pockets. $9.00 x 3 = $27. Fact 3, the bellhop has 2 dollars in his pocket. $27 + $2 = $29. Looking at this in any manner of math you want, it is indisputable that there was initially $30 and one dollar seems to have dissapeared.
And to Metasquares.... Maybe it's some sort of slight of hand trick that is being used mentally, but why wouldn't the total need to be $30? initially there is 30$ in play, so after all transactions are added together the 2nd time, why don't all $30 dollars need to be accounted for?

I realize that your solution is far more economical than this, but have you seen NEX ? You can even get wireless controllers for it!!!
