just love cookies, but they are lame bullshit stop using them. My harddrive is not part of your data-storage solution. You see all the time websites where you can pull up all kinds of interesting info, by just using someones account. Goto 1800 contacts, via cookies, you can see the name and phone number of the person's eye doctor, netgrocer shows you their past purchases and shopping lists, and so on and so on, all without any authentication. Go die you lame web dorks, you are not developers.

If all you wanna write is fucking crummy movie reviews why dont you get a job at People Magazine or some fuckheaded place like that?
They're trying to sanitize our world! They want a world where nobody fucks or shits. because fucking and shitting are embarassing to a few stupid individuals, so to keep from offending a moronic group of lamers, they're fucking up my english. And who is going to use these dumb-downed, fuck-less programs? Children! Oh, no for the sake of the children perserve the fuck. After all without fucking there is no children anyway.
That is so true. The joint I've been working at for the last 3 years is the same way: the sun boxes we have run with upwards of a year or so of uptime, application crashes are fairly uncommon, just netscape and star office once in a while. Yet the NT systems have been reinstalled at least 3 times, plus tons of fiddling from the MCSEs. Applications disappear, and stop working.
The only way to improve the sun boxes would be to switch them to linux (debian gnu/linux that is).
Some people here dislike the suns, but I think that's because they like fiddling with the M$ office appointment/scheduling crap to look busy.
All that graphical shit runs on your local web-browser not on the server. Perl or whatever generates a webpage page/form, but its a local window manager and browser sucking up the resources of your crummy local PC, not the fucking server! In any case, I'll take vi'ing a conf file over a 9+meg binary secret registry any fucking day of the week.
It is stupid to conflate graphics point and clicking with the garbage produced by microsoft. Yeah microsoft points and clicks, then crashes.
Where are these magical HP, Irix and True64 graphical systems? The only commercial unix desktops I've seen are the 7+ year-old cast-offs they make the new employees or contractors use. We got tons of unix racks, but they're all servers. Except for the crummy solaris boxen, none of them even comes with a graphical console (except the netras).
Clearly you have not seen the many other sauce products from rival groups like Mustard, and the new mexican import "Salsa". Wake up! your Ketchup vs Catsup wars are now truely irrelavent. Age old rivals like Horseradish are making a comeback. Even niche condiments like Worrstershire Sauce are increasing their installed base at your red, watery expense.
Probably schmobly, exactly what they DO, it is an interesting trivia question, and if they do it by somehow stealing code, then it could be more than trivia. Don't slam people for asking the question.

From a look around the skyOS site, I didn't see any. If someone else knows, then please enlighten me.

No one really gives a fuck about PA-RISC chips, but the issues is that HP-UX only runs on PA-RISC chips. HP-UX is what people care about. It is the best damn commercial implementation of UNIX ever. And HP made just about the most stable hardware systems ever for it to run on. Now that whore is pissing it all away. I'll bet she'll piss linux away too. Turning HP into nothing but a microsoft shop on the level of Best Buy computer alise. No Vision, No guts, no skill, no hope: sums up HP management for the last 5 years?

Is the CDE enterprise quality? It fucking craps out on me at work on Tru64's and sun boxes far more than gnome on linux at home ever has.
