  1. What's going on? on G4 Moves Further From Technology Roots · · Score: 1

Rundown of the fall of G4 1: G4 started out as a great network that was nerdy and informational and fun. 2: G4TV (at the time) had a slogan of "G4TV, TV for Gamers" 3: After the merge, G4TechTV had funny, geeky shows like Portal, informational shows like The Screen Savers, and Cinematic shows like Cinematech 4: Comcast took it and beat the crap out of it, pulled a hat over it's eyes, and kept it from seeing what GAMERS want. 5: With the hat over it's eyes, Comcast reached over and drove the network in the wrong lane, and drove it off onto the "total absolute crap" highway. 6: TechTV has been totally absorbed and assimilated, completely disappearing. 7: Comcast moves G4 almost totally away from gaming, adds some rap and gangsta stuff.

  2. Re:Anyone seen it yet? on Behind the Scenes of Narnia's Special Effects · · Score: 1

But he was not devout all his life. For a large period of his life C.S. Lewis was an atheist. It was explained in an autobiography of sorts that he wrote the Narnia series as a "what if". "What if" god really exists? His writing helped him to begin to understand that god might be real. And in the end eventually swayed him into being devout. By "The Last Battle" he felt he was devout.

  3. Big fans, Big bucks on Ctrl-Alt-Delete Animated Series Announced · · Score: 1

Tim Buckey did it the right way. He didn't start out with a pricey product that was entirely crap.

He built a fanbase that is very incredibly huge. Two compilation books and a forum later and it seemed to be the best time to create something more. Tim's timing couldn't be more right!

I predict that he is going to make tons of money on this project.

Ten books at $10 gets you $100. With his fanbase he can do the same thing with 800 fans with a price of 2.99 but better!

  4. Shoplifting? Piracy? Arrg! on P2P Users More Likely to Cheat, Shoplift · · Score: 1

I've shoplifted but I have never done any software pirating. I mean come on, how is picking up stores in any way involved with illiegal activity?
