yes, the same thing happened to me. I haven't seen anything about this until here and now. That site seemed to be pretty slow and feature-less so I'm not really too concerned. I was just trying it out for fun, but now I have teh gmail and don't need crapventure. The one cool thing about aventuremail is you could get 2 and 3 character names, unlike gmail which requires at least 6
Though I wish this were the Real URL, all I get is this:

Has anyone seen anything anywhere in the news online or otherwise that analyzes the possibility of a chemical or biological agent used in the attack? I was just reading an interview with William Cohen, fmr. Secretary of Defense who said:
"We saw the situation in New York City for example, where the terrorists tried to destroy one of the [World] Trade Towers and they had contemplated setting off cyanide in the process. It failed to ignite and therefore the great catastrophe did not take place."

It would not be unfathomable that the hijackers had some kind of chemical or biological agent on the planes with them, especially if it was part of the plan during the first attack. However, I haven't heard or seen mention of it anywhere, except for this one article, which is from (in my opinion) a horrible news website:

They call it the I-Bomb. They have info and video of it on their site. I saw a presentation on it at a hacker video thing I went to while living in SF.
Well, yeah, that paragraph of the Reuters story is inaccurate. Yahoo always has a good collection of stories from all major newswires/other sites, in addition to a good selection of contextual links and related stories. I wasn't referring to the Reuters story specifically.
As pointed out in the Space.com article, this stuff orginated on Earth, it just hitched a ride with the crew and then started growing all funky. I think a lot of people are assuming this stuff is *from* space, which, as sensational as it sounds, is just not true.
Slightly offtopic... although related.. Using the same tactic of naming files as though they are popular songs, smaller artists can increase distribution by using a fake filename, but a real ID3 tag, so it shows the real song/artist name in an mp3 player. The pioneers of Napster Bombs are the Evolution Control Committee, who were also threatened by CBS for sampling Dan Rather in their song, Rocked by Rape. Anyway, check them out.

It probably thought all the X's in the acronyms made it X-rated

But be careful as noted by the above reply

What is it Slashdot? Microsoft Cracked or Crackers Crack Microsoft? Either way, there's good coverage on Yahoo, as always. Diskore
I'm getting it from you right now. Did you compress it down to 148M or it is not all there yet?

I know. It was a cross-cartoon cultural reference. Not neccessarily witty or funny. At least the title is a reference...
