Overclocking is more of a hobby for hardware enthusiasts. Even if you don't know much the biggest thing is buying a motherboard, ram and cpu that will overclock well together. Find someone else's posted specs and duplicate their setup.
I think finding that second home planet would be awesome. However I think its important we focus on the resources found locally.
How can we exploit nearby planets and asteroids for mineral content and industrial production in order to preserve Earth.
We aren't just going to be handed a new Earth when we eventually dry up all of our resources. So I think we can prolong our appetite for resources by taking from other planets that don't have delicate eco systems.
There are no animals or plants that we might accidentally wipe out on the Moon.
This is a very widespread problem, I work for a major retailer in a tech repair department and we are getting piles of laptops with busted nforce chipsets. Anything reliant on nvidia technology seems to be randomly dying prematurely, such as the wifi, video, or other chipset reliant features.
Lol I knew there would be a story on slashdot but really I was hoping for one that wasn't a repeat from last year. And yes I also remember the wireless extension cord thing from think geek, except I tried to buy one:P
I hate hollywood and their gay-assedness, why can they regulate the mpeg file format???? What if I make my own movie and I want to use it how I want to with no restrictions. I wonder if this will extend to Canada. And does Hollywood need the cash? Probally not.
