Yeah, the other day I went to try out KDevelop. Worst IDE I have ever tried...ever.
I was trying to create a project, I chose my folder I wanted it in. KDevelop then proceded to tell me that the folder didn't exist (I'ts supposed to create it from what I gathered). I tried createing the folder before I started the project wizard. No luck, it whined about the folder existing. I then decided to RTFM before I asked about it. Unfortunetely the manual consists of a few descriptions of what menu options do, and nothing to do with actually using it:P.
Once I finally got my project created I attempted to checkout my svn repo...nothing, not even an error. Its like the code for that part was empty 0.o.
Maybe the arch linux build is just fscked, but I dont like it:P
Yes it is, but its usually much faster to download the patch from a http or ftp mirror. In the last patch they also added a "Background Downloader" which downloads parts of the next patch when those parts are ready (enabled by default). Most users dont even know about this; I can see either alot of arrests/exemptions?
Looks like it works with that expensive lego stuff. Too bad I build all my roobts from scratch user Atmel AVRs and OOPic Microcontrollers. Still worth a try though.
Even with the settings cranked the graphics were not all that they were hyped up to be (ATI x800xl here with x64 2.5ghz Venice).
The game was fun, but the loading screens every 5 minutes were not:(. I remember the start: Run up some stairs *LOADING*, more stairs *LOADING*, more stairs then you walk outside *LOADING*. I did enjoy CS:S though.
Just the other day I was trying to get Google Earth running under linux. I gave up after a few minutes of realizing it was never going to happen. Now this!
I run Win XP x64/Gentoo dual-boot. When I boot into windows there is a 50% chance of BSOD on boot, if it doesn't BSOD everything runs fine. If it does, hard reset.
I once went onto a support wiki for a company's website, all the articles had been cleared and multiple new ones had been added, something to the effect of:
Free sample! Prescription drugs...
Its sad, they took over a support wiki and filled it with spam.
Does this mean you ay for 2 and get 1, or get an extra one free? Because I can see how this would work:
1. Sell OLPC on eBay, using strange wording to trick users.
2. ???
3. Profit?

It means an exploit there is no patch for! Its the zeroth day that they know about it :P
2. Sell support contract for the price you were charging for the software, plus some.
3. Profit?
I'm serious, support is something you definetely can sell. Its a renewable resource!

Only one person would use the strawberry...
Recieving emails asking for your password hmmm suspicious. Dont come up with a shiny new password to feed the Phish with.
If you RTFA you would know that it is a choice to use OpenDNS's servers. They're not going to switch the entire net, relax :D
I hate that "Press the fart button" ad. Now its come to life! AAAGH!

"If it moves, compile it, sir!"
"We will emerge -C them!"
That has absolutely NOTHING to do with the price of prunes in China!

Gentoo FTW!
Yeah when I read the title I thought the same thing.

And the ones out now are white...
You do the rest :D

Does it run Linux?
Libratn'
More people = more computes = more spam. Its a vicious cycle...
Yay for Google, good job being not evil :D
I heard once using wood polish on these type of screens to fill in the scratches. Disclaimer: I hold NO respnsibilty for anyone doing this.
