Thanks to the MSDN Academic Alliance, I am enjoying a free copy of Vista Business through my university. I can also get free licenses for other Microsoft software titles, including office. Where's the article on that? UK Student gets 100% off!
Ah well you see, at the beginning of the film it's the Twin Pines Mall (as you see when marty skates in front of the sign). But then when he goes to the past he runs over one of Old Man Peabody's pine trees, the spot where the mall will be constructed. Upon returning to the future at the end, you can see it's now called the Lone Pine Mall.
God i know too much about that film!
Buy a desk lamp and put a dimmer bulb in it / buy a shade / position it so it's not glaring in your face and read a (god forbid) book.
Christ, is it really that hard to figure out?
What rocks is the ability to reliably deliver 7.5 Gb/s
Yeah but i can do that by kicking a DVD across the floor, that's well over 7.5 Gb/m/s
AND do something useful with it.
Oh.
Of course something else matters when you listen to music! It doesn't matter if you're listening to mint condition, pristine, unscratched vinyl or a freshly mastered DAT stream at like a 1Tb/s bit rate... the fucking band you're listening to has to be good!
I know i'm off topic here, but i just noticed your signature and have often found myself looking for a similar score to brand comments when moderating. Would it be possible to integrate a -1 Wrong score? How about quietly switching one of the underrated or overrateds, which don't ever seem to be used.
Because sometimes people are just plain wrong.
Ideally, the solution should be to have a system similar to PDFs that mainly use vector images. Then it shouldn't matter what resolution you're at, you can scale what you're looking at accordingly. And i think this goes beyond the browser, i believe the entire operating system shell should be vector based. It would certainly make the transition to 3D desktops a little more smooth if the entire thing is rendered in 2D.
I was interested in buying a Crumpler when i recently got my new Dell lappy. The only problem was it was a widescreen model and didn't know whether they would be suitable. In retrospect i guess i could've purchased an ibook bag or something, but in the end i got a rather stylish Quiksilver bag for £15 and customised it myself with the aid of some tippex and a few coloured marker pens.
It's so stylish i use it for my college papers and project folder more than for carrying the laptop itself. Many of my laptop-lugging friends have asked me where i got my bag from, and if it comes from the shop like mine. Style is individual i guess!

Median is AN average, as are mean and mode. The grandparent post is correct.

Well, before playing prescriptive spellarian YOU might want to at least learn the difference between grammar and spelling! It was a grammar mistake!
No.
In Soviet Russia, YOU relieve the BOTTLE... hang on...

Surely they could just use one of these?
