    Hospital MDs tend to new things faster than private practice (unfortunately, those are the groups that prescribe this most)because hospital medical education staff stays on top of this and makes sure to get it out as soon as they can fit it into the education schedule.

    It gave me headaches all day and I was tired as well when I took it. I then decided... screw drugs, and meditated to create focus. It took more effort, but it has worked better for me. I no longer have to much trouble focusing on tasks and can get songs out of my head pretty fast. It has really done wonders.Now I need to get off the coffee and other self medicating foods to get off stimulants completely.... I think I will stick with tea though.

    Republicans controlled congress for 20% of the time and ran up almost all our post WW 2 Debit.

    I can play the blame game too in a system that has been rigged since the turn of the 20th century to help the corporatist too.

    cutting the right tax rates a certain amount proportional to the economy will raise revenue, but like any system, drop them too low and you are not collecting enough revenue and funneling too much money to too few people. Raise them too high and you reduce the revenue and you funnel money into the hands of more people.

    I think Google can do this very easily. There is no reason why they cannot make a "porn search", but their general search should return non porn/adult sites. perhaps add a keyword like [porn] at the beginning of the search to make searching adult sites explicit.

    There are low light pollution lights for outdoor environmental lighting. The feds should give grants to cities that deploy such systems.

    Anarcho-capitolism is jut another form of anarchy.

    Anarchy is not a bad thing. Anarchists do not believe in unregulated society, they believe in the ability to not participate in a social construct that others choose to participate in. All Anarchist also believe in the ability for society to regulate itself with out the need for domination from those with more power. How these societies regulate themselves differers from philosophy to philosophy, but they all have a form of governance, and none have governance through domination of the powerful.

    Market anarchists are the most extreme members of the US Libertarian party. Collectivist Anarchists are the most extreme of the socialist anarchists. in the middle you have very society friendly Mutualism which is kind of like a collectivism on a company sized scale. Mutualists can exist in a market driven economy very easily. I could create a small business that was run through mutualist operations in the US today.

    All planes will be outfitted with a GPS tracker and it will beam this information to the Air Traffic AI and control towers. with this super accurate data, planes can be flown much closer together with out fear of collision. Current tech using radar has over a mile error so planes are kept 5 miles appart.

    The Libertarian party of the US is not the same thing as libertarianism. Libertarianism is a governance ideology, it speaks nothing of the economics of a society. Libertarianism is the opposite of authoritarianism.you can have a socialist, mixed, or capitalist economic system under libertarian governance.

    It seems you do not understand the difference between Anarchism and Libertarianism... you seem to think that Libertarianism is some right wing ideology, guess what... it has a left wing and a right wing both of which are separated by economic philosophy. It also appears that you have a very bad understanding of Anarchism. I also sense a bit of newspeak coming from your mouth... You seem to think that oppression of individual rights is true freedom.

    I hope that ESCR can be made to produce ESC with out killing embryos. ESC are much more flexible than adult stem cells. Try healing a problem in an organ that repairs very slowly, thus does not produce very active adult stem cells.... like the kidney.
