    You always need to think about memory.

    +1, you have to always think about memory, no matter what language and garbage collection or not, memory leaks will still bring your system to a crawl.

    I don't trust anyone. Online storage, notes, bookmarks, emails, calendars, bookmarks sync. Better to run on my own server and I do where I can. It takes time and a bit of money to setup, but in my opinion it is worth it.

    I actually do not think that the education is a requirement for the state representative, quick google search yields a random link that dictates the following:
    • at least 25 years of age.
    • a citizen of the United States for at least seven years prior to election.
    • a resident of the state he or she is chosen to represent.

    The election does not test the candidate's ability to think rationally, but rather shows who's political campaign staff is more efficient.

    I propose some kind of exam for the candidates for them to be allowed to put their names on the election list.

    I totally agree with it. Using plain C does not solve anything, does not make life easier, and does not provide anything to replace for example Java applet functionality.

    I think what he means is that C-security is solely dependent on your code, while Java-security is depended on JVM security in addition to your code security. And the developer has no control over JVM security.

    Since when did Firefox team ever removed possibility to disable something? As far as I know, Firefox is one of the most flexible browsers out there.

    I've had an opposite experience to yours. Dolphin and inbuilt Android browser both are freaking out on javascript heavy pages, like the google's own pages are nowadays, while Firefox just works. No random crashes, hang-ups, and the page doesn't jump around like a crackhead, when filling out forms.

    How is that not true when you said it yourself : "Valve only supports Ubuntu" and the title of the article clearly states: "Valve Officially Launches Steam For Linux". If you only support one distribution you should probably say that. I still remember when I bought version of Guitar Pro for 6 "Linux" during release. I could not run it properly since then.

    Ubuntu is a Linux, but Linux is not Ubuntu. As far as I can see they've only released for Ubuntu. And yeah... I know I can make it work through some hoops on other systems (and I do), but that's not the point!

    Probably not so easy to run away with hundred of guys warp disrupting and webbing you. These are debuffs used to hold people in place. The only countermeasures are effective only if you have as many of them as there are debuffs.
