    Pogoplugs are great, can plug in 4 drives via USB or more with a USB hub. I paid $25 for mine, can't really go wrong.

    As I just posted to another reply, sorry, I wasn't clear & apparently I misunderstood you too - I agree source of compensation is irrelevant. He is being compensated for this, it is a business (and therefore licensing applies).

    As to your side note, IANAL, but unless they have some protection for being press, yes, IMO they should be held to the same standard when providing advice (and likely, when they do a piece on nutrition they are careful to have a credentialed professional in that segment). As far as an advertisement is concerned, aren't you supposed to tell the most outlandish lie possible when advertising something purporting to have health benefits?

    Good call, I wasn't terribly clear.

    Channel 11 == business (Making money off advertising, held to the appropriate accountability (in theory, anyway) for their industry.)
    This guy == business (Making money off advertising, the govt. wants to hold him the the appropriate accountability for his industry.)

    This is exactly why I got a "smart" blu-ray player. Added $12 to the cost & now I can have a "dumb" tv and still have the same number of devices. If it dies, it's $100 - a lot cheaper than my plasma.

    I don't know why anyone would want electricity in the house. I mean, to have to keep checking the sockets for vapours? What's wrong with a good oil-burning lamp? I heard some people even have electricity in their kitchens! I'll have nothing to do with it, it's just not safe. Don't get me started on telephones.

    Perhaps with GSM systems, but CDMA (VZW, Sprint) locks the ESN so that it can't be used on their system (and neither of them will use a phone from the other system). This is one of the reasons Cricket Wireless is so popular, it is a haven for stolen CDMA phones.

    OT WARNING: I agree with Dave, there are many times when cast iron is the best for the job (I also use standard non-stick sometimes, depends on what I'm making). Cast iron is perfect for making cheesy bread - yum!
