Alaskan airlines, for the last few years, has claimed copywrite and trademark infringement on any photos of their aircraft, no matter if the photo in question was taken from public property. So this is not a new trend.
and while we are at it even though windows runs on diesel lets swap out the spark plugs for some more expensive high performance luxury ddr octo-core ones:-) Diesels don't use spark plugs, they use glow plugs

Why not just walk then?
Actually, in most theaters at least in Ontario, we have 30 minutes after the start of the movie to get a refund if we choose. So i presume getting one back before even entering the theater wouldn't be an issue.
mine is probably the following: "Industry, science, and technology. Big men putting screw drivers into things...Turning them AND adjusting them...Bringing you state-of-the-art in soft-serve technology...BUILD YOUR OWN ATOM STORAGE BOX...Snaps off any sized jug, bottle or jar and it really, REALLY works!"
It's the same situation here, Mercedes in the EU allows a large percentage of biodiesel while Mercedes Canada says i am limited to 5% (smart fortwo btw is the vehicle) If i use more than 5% biodiesel, and the engine has an issue and it turns out the fuel is to blame, I am SOL.
This is completely ridiculous, I know in Ontario, Canada, i don't pay two of the taxes on my biodiesel, i believe they exempt it to encourage more people to start using it. I can't believe a government will go after one of it's own citizens for trying to help the earth, bad publicity indeed.
The only vehicle i have driven where i actually get the Advertised fuel economy, or better is my Smart Fortwo CDI which i have been averaging at around 4.1 L/100km (advertised as 4.2L/100km) and that is driving fairly aggressively.
You still cannot order XP on the Inspiron level machines under "home business". I also remember fighting with dell over this a month or so back, and they would not budge. We eventually had to purchase an equivalent Latitude for 600$ more
Beyond that, there's also the fact that I'm typing this in MSIE at work, and I'm nowhere near a position to tell the overlords at this company to switch to something more standards-compliant and free when they can pay lots of money to support MS products instead.

How is 300HP overkill, I manage to keep up on the highway in my car, even pass a large amount of cars, and it only has a whopping 40.2hp
I should have clarified, that's an average of 55mpg, dipping as low as 68mpg on the highway
