This is a nice idea, but until you plow back and dig out what is recorded already, justice will suffer. The worst murderers in history, Bush & his death squad plumbers, escaped the judgement of history. What could be worse for poor Justice?
Khan's a regular Bart Simpson. Lucky for his parents his problems are easily solved. Somebody should tell his father to allow his son to kiss his face more. Or better yet, wipe the dad's face with something absorbent of the face grease paternal pheromone like chewing gum, and then let Khan chew the gum. About 150 mg p.o. will do the trick. 38 years? For a pheromone deficiency so easily remedied? I think not. Also in humans, sudden infant death syndrome is probably pheromonally induced by emitter parents. Then there's the autoimmune diseases, all of them, and cancers, many of them. The only reason you're hearing about the research at all is because they were too unskilled to realize that human pheromone components work synergistally as well as species specifically. That's what happens when you send techs to do a scientist's work.
When lesioning mice experimentally, it was found that only early in development could spinal cords regrow. The older the beast, the less function could be expected. Since chemical signals surround adult nerve fibers preventing their re-growth, change the chemical bath. This is such an obvious tack, that it is just downright criminal that it is not being followed up.
