It has been my recent experience starting in 2007 that many weird problems including registry corruption and 100% CPU time is eliminated by removing the Anti-Virus software. Anti-virus software tends to make machines unusable which means Anti-Virus protection is worse than a virus.

If I look at all the problems Anti-virus software causes compared to that caused by actual viruses it is clear viruses have caused little damage compared to the Anti-virus software.

The dominant anti-virus software vendors have their product requirements stipulated by marketing departments and bloat it with duplicated or inefficient additional features.

Marketing departments have done a lot to corrupt technology and create confusion always changing names and naming conventions. They are also a major source of spam. We really just need a global product database with features and specification and do away with marketing all together, the cost of which is passed onto the consumer, the most we should see in the media is a new or upgraded product announcement that way we know to look for it in the database

The most efficient measure against viruses is actually user training and creating awareness and knowing not to fall for obvious deceptions and to stay away from "strange" web sites that you don't know. Sure there are some exceptions but most virus infection comes from a lack of common sense.

Like God science has never seen an atom, the atom is a bit subjective; they have only detected the presence of a concentration of electrons that represent a sort of a signature of an atom and created a fuzzy image using that data.

What scientists can do is measure it's effects, and use math to model and predict the effects of the atom. It is not known what the atom actually is because it cannot be seen. We have simply tried to create an image of it based on it's effects.

Dr. Chojkier and lead author Martina Buck, Ph.D., of VA, UCSD and the Salk Institute for Biological Studies, have described the steps by which tumor necrosis factor (TNF) alpha, an immune-system protein, prevents the production of albumin. Low levels of albumin, a critical protein made in the liver, is a keynote of wasting.

I think we are getting closer. My Proof for Immortality. Although it may not be a mathematical proof it could be considered a conceptual proof that math could support.

The human body is a data set. This data set is transferred repeatedly throughout life and it is the data representing the body that is persistent. Data can last eternally if there is a continuity of available storage mechanisms during that duration. In a stateful universe there may not even need to be physical storage if the entire universe replicates from the previous state into a new state. Experience is the observation of a change in state. In theory any state of the universe (data set) could be observed with time being irrelevant because you are simply looking at a huge data set that exists outside of time. Data is beyond the effects of time. It is because we are simply experiencing a complete data representing the universe in consecutive states at a particular point in a cause and effect chain. But that is another topical area.

The physical material of the body is not persistent; the data is persistent. A life term is only limited by the ability to replicate the data provided the life force or animation principal persists. It is the destruction of data set that results in a terminal condition that or the inability to properly replicate the data set. After enough failures the logic needed by the system and it's integrated sub systems is degraded to such a degree that the sub-systems fail causing the entire system to fail. In other words the system develops bugs and the hardware starts to fail, we call these things disease conditions.

Each time the data is copied there can be corruption or failure of the data transfer mechanisms; this seems to most affect mitochondrial DNA. The biochemical machine will repair a bad data copy using a good copy when the genetic hash value is wrong. The number of times that the data can be replicated in technically in theory is to infinity.

However there is a design constraint on the human biochemical machine which is probably mathematical in nature and an inherent system limitation resulting from the engineering requirements needed for the system to work. The chromosomes have a limited number of telomeres available limiting the number of replications. Telomeres are like book ends which keep books together. The telomeres keep the chromosomes together. Every time it is replicated, child cell produced, a new data copy is made, and a new set of book ends is used the first cell starts with a limited number so the number of cell generations is limited. When the book ends runs out that cell line ceases to exist.

There are biochemical mechanisms to add on telomeres, however the genetic switch or functional capability to allow these mechanisms to be applied to all cell lines near the end of their duration, allowing them to continue for an infinite duration (Eternity), does not seem to be set to ON in the human species and may be related to the ability to produce vitamin C being turned off. In fact this one genetic switch that was turned off thousands of years ago could be part of the immortality factors. However what we find in the phenomena of cancer seems to be a failed immune or immortality response.

Also worth noting is that intelligent stem cells can assume data, properties and functions of other cells groups in effect allowing data persistence and renewal of cell lines.

If the gene to create the enzyme to manufacture vitamin C is turned off there is a way to emulate it being turned on by consuming the amounts of Vitamin C that would have been generated to support or enhance the biochemical systems.

If we could mange adding telomeres back in the right places, and or slow down replication cycles caused by the need for repairs, maintain neural integrity (improved cellular waste removal), prevent mitochondrial DNA damage, and or utilize the advanced intelligence of stem cells for replacement and persistence, we would have at least life spans approaching 1,000 year

I don't think the music industry understands this; apparently this has not been clarified in the courts. We are not buying the piece of plastic they are printed on.

It does not matter what the source is or what format we have it in. We are purchasing a license to listen at our leisure to a song or watch a movie. We can have a thousand copies because we can only listen to one at a time. Somebody needs to argue this in court. That we are in fact purchasing a license to listen, not a piece of plastic or a digital file of zero's and ones.

This is the New legal justification for open downloads of music or copy righted material:

In fact the record labels need to, I think legally provide, free downloads of music. The record companies have not provided a way for me to enjoy my license to listen if the CD gets scratched, as it is now they force us to buy a new license they should probably reimburse anyone who has had to buy more than one license because of damage media.

I noticed about 10 years ago CDs became very easy to scratch not the bottom but the top. I wonder if this was by design to produce more sales? If so then the recording industry owes the consumers money

Because the carrier medium can be damaged we should all be able to get a download of a new instance of the song we paid for from the Internet if we purchased the license to listen to it. Since the record companies have not provided a way for us to get a replacement copy the Internet downloads can ethically be justified.

Truth is we don't need the record companies anymore. We can all buy from the artists direct and vote with a link what is most popular. I would be happy to pay the creative talent directly without the huge middle man cut. Another things is corporate pressure to maintain the status quo system cannot be put on artists by large corporations.

Hopefully someone will get this into the hands of the attorneys for the defendants.

Technically based on quantum physics there is only one copy of a piece of music in the universe. This exists in the intangible realm; all tangible manifestations of this one copy are simply a physical conveyance of this one real instance. It has been my position that what we see happening is the result of an increase in energy absorbed by the earth system. The source(s) of that energy not immediate cleared and there may be several. We must realize that whenever the amount of energy flowing into a system increases it causes increased turbulence and change especially the rate.

However using this logic I was able to predict the extreme weather that we are now having three years ago.

See: The Watch Tower Event observations and tracking Earth Space Systems Tracking & Notifications http://www.infiniteplaythemovie.com/watch_tower.aspx

The good thing is that the solution to the problem whether we mankind contribute to global warming or if it is a natural cycle is the same!

Adaptability and energy efficiency is the remedy. In order to adapt to climate change we need to have distributed smart energy systems and efficiency in energy use and natural sources of free flow energy utilized like the big fusion reactor in the sky over our heads.

So the same approach that allows us to adapt to natural climate cycles that produce extreme weather and forced relocations of the population also reduces the creation of green house gasses etc.

So there is no debate needed as to the cause. We need to simply implement the solutions which are the same for both causes.

In our history it was observed that the Sun was split down the middle before the Great Floods. This would have been sun spots which are visible to the naked eye collecting around the vertical axis which they do during the suns polarity shift in a very active regular 11 or 22 year cycle and perhaps a longer term cycle we are not aware of.

It is also possible that the sun which affects the earth's magnetic field could cause or be causing the shift of the earth's polarity in concert. During this time the earth's magnetic field declines amount to a "Shields' down condition" any outburst X class solar flare pointed at the earth would do great damage, possibly cooking that part of earth facing it

In 2012 when the Sun will reverse polarity and it is predicted to be a very energetic peak the earth and it's population could face some major cataclysmic activity.

Lastly if you take into account government preparations some done in secret it may indicate there are other that have already figured this out as a possibility.

So if in 2012 you see a dark dividing line down the center of the Sun, it is time to head for the mountains, which is why the Government may have built facilities underneath the Denver airport (mile high above sea level) to allow a select few to survive a cataclysmic floods leaving the worker bees to drown.
