    They didn't sue the drug company. They sued in a special court where the payout comes from the tax payers.

    They won because nobody had any incentive at all to fight them.

    Manufactures of vaccines are granted immunity from lawsuit. The money for this will come out of tax payers pockets. Incidentally it means that nobody involved had any benefit to fight paying these people.

    That's a terrible example. Spamhaus conceded jurisdiction by responding to the claim in US court. What they should have done was to contest the Jurisdiction. I assume they thought they were going to win and only upon realizing they were likely to lose did they run away to the UK.

    The Iranians are at best armed with practically ancient soviet tanks and small arms. The IDF would absolutely hands down destroy them. Casualties would be measured in ratios of thousands to one.

    If the authorities can block the software they can determine it's being used. The act of using software to circumvent the filtering is in and of itself a serious crime.

    Just because they cant tell what exactly you were doing isn't going to stop them from throwing people in jail or worse.

    I have yet to see a single piece of evidence that Ted Stevens was not a 100%, bought and paid for shill to industry, with no ethics or redeeming value. He treated congress like a smash and grab for money for his supporters. I'm sad he died in a plane crash instead of prison where he would have been if it weren't for the ineptitude of the prosecutors of his corruption investigation.
