Here we go a Bush supporter who gets upset and starts blaming Clinton and the media. Very original. Now you are double posting just because you're mad at some moderators. Don't be like George Bush. Grow up.

I think what we have here is the season 3 premiere to LOST. Anyone going on Oceanic Flight 815 from Sydney to LA soon? Well you're in for a bumpy ride. But for real, why would real scientist go off the record with a discovery this huge? If this was real, then there would be some real noise about it.

I would say the RIAA is a bunch of jerks if they do it. Definitely douche bag would come to mind as well, but hey these are already common place words when describing them. John Walker Lindh, now that's a traitor.

We just need to be careful who we call traitor because if it becomes a laxed word then soon everyone will be a traitor, but I definitely see what you are saying. It would be a big betrayal to the troops and a big waste of that companies time. But I say hey, let the RIAA go to Iraq and find the troops in the field and ask for the iPods. They most likely won't make it back alive. Either the Iraqis will kill them, or some "accidental" friendly fire.

Now you are sounding more like the music industry. That's like calling a kid who downloads pirated stuff a criminal. I agree that our troops shouldn't be cracked down for pirated content, but I hate this crap about calling people traitors. It's being misused just like the word heros.

Police officers in the US are, at least among healthy segments of society, viewed with respect if not admiration.

What part of the US are you from? The only cop I can stand is my friend whos a cop. Other than him I hate cops. After 9/11 I thought cops might change their tune and be more people friendly, but no, they are still powertripping assholes, who are lazy.

I'm a production assistant on a movie being shot here and they hired some cops to block traffic for some street scenes. Well the cops did the crapiest job. Instead of blocking traffic they huddled around craftservices to indulge in the free food. Now the producers won't hire any cops here, so now the production assistants have to block traffic since the cops can't do their jobs.
