Unfortunately not everyone is able to be vaccinated due to unrelated health issues and other people lacking vaccinations lowers herd immunity to the point were innocent people contract diseases that are 100% preventable.
Except when an application isn't in the menu you thought it should be in and now you have 20 folders to hunt through. KDE does the same thing and it drives me insane.
Factory reset disassociates the phone from your google account (among other things), which would nicely prevent the phone from restoring the cloud settings. Signing in to the same google account should bring the cloud settings back.
You need Internet Explorer to update your OS if you happen to be running XP and older. Vista and newer have a seperate client app for updating the OS. Don't expect this to change anytime soon because XP is long past its expiration date.
I don't exactly have Zuckerbergs financial information in front of me but chances are that money is tucked away in a bank somewhere. The banks won't just sit on that money, they loan it out to you and me so we can build houses and businesses. So in a very roundabout way he is helping out those less fortunate with the money he isn't using.
A single licence for some mysterious anti virus software has been used by 774,651 people after it went viral on a file-sharing site. The vendor of the mysterious anti virus software noticed that a license for its paid-for security software, sold to a 14-user firm in Arizona, was being distributed online. Rather than shut down the piracy, the company decided to see how far the software would spread — it's since popped up in 200 countries, including the Vatican City. Now, the company is turning it into a marketing opportunity, with a pop-up encouraging users of the pirated copy to download a legal copy of the free or paid-for version. The vendor of the mysterious anti virus software isn't sure how many pirates have gone legal, but said some have made the switch.
Sure you can plant more trees, but if you don't cut them down to begin with there is no need to plant more. Plastics and metals can be recycled even easier then paper.
I get the feeling that I'm the only student in here that's even a little concerned about the environment.
Everyone seems to be whining about the book companies and professors making money, I'm excited that I won't have to drag around a massive pile of books. It's so much easier to have all my books on a small portable device then giant paper back tomes.
A quick comparison on amazon will show you that ebooks tend to be ~25% cheaper then dead trees. This is a very good thing.
Not to mention the stunning volume of trees that get killed for a book most people aren't going to read.
iPad can already watch videos downloaded from TPB and has a netflix app for streaming video. Some Android tablets being released in the coming months have HDMI outputs on them as well as USB ports. All this while still being cheaper then a laptop and having better battery life. Also most have 3G connectivity so there is no need to be stuck near a hotspot while working.
I know I will be buying a Notion Ink Adam when they are released.
The onus is not on me to demonstrate a remote administrator exploit. Although I did look at the list for server 2008 and didn't find a true unpatched remote exploit.

I was about to post this too. My milestone (same hardware as the droid) runs just fine at 1.2 GHz.

They are indeed making SOCs which contain a CPU. The one mentioned in the summary is almost certainly a tegra 250. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nvidia_Tegra
You've never used a keyboard like SlideIT have you? Swype (basically the same thing as SlideIT) currently has the record for fastest text message input. Software keyboard are not only faster, the devices lacking hardware keyboards can be smaller and lighter too. And less expensive. http://phandroid.com/2010/08/24/text-message-speed-record-broken-thanks-to-swype-on-the-samsung-galaxy-s/
For me, SlideIT has completely replaced the hard keyboard on my milestone. Try it, you won't go back.

Happy?
Have fun crawling the entire internet on your 3mbit connection.
Who said anything about BSD?
Why can't there be one language that handles most of the cases?
That would be C# (combined with ASP or XNA or some other API).

I bet they did because it would save them from paying out years of injury claims.
People said the same thing about including cameras and GPS into phones. So the phone isn't targetted at you, doesn't mean it will fail.
Texting is ... not a good idea while driving.
But dialing a phone and talking on it is?

People testing out a beta? You don't say...

Point out where anyone claimed there was one. Oh wait this is just another silly diversion tactic. My mistake.
