    I'd also look at NetSupport School from NetSupport. It has a lot of options for monitoring and controlling student workstations. Deep Freeze and NetSupport is what our school district uses and they both work very well.

    I don't think they want to modify the page ranks just because a sight contains something harmful. It's my belief that they just want to make it a little better for the average internet newbie.

    I would think that most people that aren't hardcore gamers play games so that they can sit back, relax, and have some fun. While I have no doubt this will be fun I do doubt that it would be relaxing after a while. Maybe I'm just thinking everyone else is as lazy as I am.
