Google and Yahoo are like the ABC and NBC of the Internet. Everyone goes there to find what they are looking for online. Since it is so easy to find content through these sites, it definitely cheapens everything because there is no pricing power for content if it can be found for free.
Google is just trying to grab a piece of the huge advertising pie out there. They have experimented with selling magazine ads for their advertisers and now trying radio.
I don't think either of these two mediums are that effective compared to search engine advertising which can be better targeted.
Radio is becoming too fragmented and losing audiences to satellite and iPods.
eMachines just launched new desktops with all AMD chips. Maybe Apple will have to switch over to AMD to get real performance in upcoming Macs.

I think Mac users feel they are safe with security since they have only 5% market share and most hackers are on Windows trying to rip off most people.
