    Although final pricing for Windows 8 hasn’t been announced yet, the PULSB license will definitely be cheaper than purchasing a full retail license and probably on a par with OEM pricing. It is also expected that pricing in general for the new OS will be lower than what we currently pay for copies of Windows 7.

    Sounds like a lot of maybes.... I'll wait for the real prices to see if Microsoft actually is on to something.

    Or, if you are still running Excel 2003, you just download the compatibility pack for Office 2007/2010, and you can open and save documents in those formats.

    The compatibility pack also works with Office XP and 2000.

    A friend of mine kept his porn folder on plain view. The folder title was "Uninstall Windows". The wife never looked inside.

    Nobody mentions Amazon's AppStore? If you can sideload it works just like Google's Market except they have more stuff that you can pay for to get rid of the adds so a developer is not tied down completely to the Android Market.

    Only useful for US Residents. The Amazon Appstore doesnt work outside the States.

    The bank I use (in Mexico) forces you to get a different number from the security token every time you login or make a transaction (they are generated once a minute). If you try to make a transaction using the same token number that was used to login to the bank, the system forces you to get a different number from the token. In theory, this would stop this kind of attack. Why are no other banks doing the same?
