I've noticed as most bands gain popularity, their quality drops. Granted, there are a few exceptions, but that is just my observation.
I am keen on the so called "Northern Sons of Darkness" metal group, especially Scandinavian bands. For example, take Dimmu Borgir.
I love their early stuff all the way to Enthrone Darkness Triumphant (my favorite album). After that, once they started winning Norwegian Grammys and the like
they started forgetting their intial reasons, etc. for more popularity. A "selling out" perhaps?
I've also noticed a one man band named Falkenbach who has some damn good tunes, and the guy isn't in it for the money. As he said, "The aim of Falkenbach is not to be popular, but relevant." If many other bands could only do the same.
for the playstation 4. I mean THIS time it will sport a processor so powerful it will cure all ailments, get you laid AND have great games. Go Sony!
Or maybe install a rootkit in your DNA and sue AIDS for DRM infringement?
I teach English at a Junior High School in Japan, and when I told my students I was going to purchase a PS3 when it came out they looked at me and asked me wtf was I talking about (mind you, this was last October). I still run into a kid every now and then who doesn't know about the PS3 (can you believe that?!). So I take that reaction as a sign that Sony might just not live up to whatever BS their marketing department spouts out. And I was so looking forward to playing the new Winning Eleven 10...
I would LOVE it (as I'm sure many others would agree) _IF_ square re-released FF7 for the PS3. That tech demo was such a cock tease.
However, since they stated they would not do it, I'm sure if enough voices are heard they might change their minds. After all, how many re-releases of the FF series have they done already? I'm sure one more wouldn't kill them.
I really loved the first Doom when it came out. It was just mind blowing and the multiplayer aspect was pure adrenaline rush. For this reason, I never got into Halo. I mean, yeah, Halo had a great story and everything, but the multiplayer aspect, in my mind, couldn't hold a candle to the carnage fest that was Doom.
While FPS games keep pushing for better and better graphics, sometimes I wonder if they sacrifice the fun factor for the eye candy. I mean lately I haven't been interested in most of the newer FPS games. I did buy HL:2, however while the graphics were great, I wasn't too impressed with the game. Too short. Doom 3 was great too, but not the same. I did enjoy the Star Wars FPS games, especially the sabre dueling. That was interesting, and a good break from the traditional guns only mentality.
I guess what I'm saying (or rambling) is that I feel that the market has been saturated with FPS and that I have become jaded somewhat to them. Eye candy just doesn't do it for me anymore. I would rather have a game with Quake 2 graphics but tons of fun than a game with the latest engine that is the same mindless killing.
Wouldn't that lead them to being sued by companies saying "oh, our software isn't spyware, its useful!" and other rubbish?
I recall reading about a few antispyware companies and/or researchers threatened with lawsuits (or even sued) because their research was "defaming" said company or "misleading" the public about their supposed "valuable" product. In this day and age, with the ridiculous litigious society we live in, how is this project going to fare? I hope they do succeed, however. I'm fed up with crapware.

How about "North American Stupid Accounting"?
http://osx.portraitofakite.com/index.htm Just run OSX on your CPU and forget about the PPC vs. Intel stuff. =)

Just my two cents.
I'm never playing D&D with you!
