    The bigger issue is the fraudulent way they report profits vs costs.

    They get to say "we made x amount" to the public, but when it comes to taxes they get to say "oh but it cost this much" then next week when the profit went up, "oh it really cost this much"

    and in all honesty, they cant do expulsions, they have no power over graduation.

    And the administration will have a hell of a time doing either of those things also.

    You might be able to expel as student for that reason, but basically you wouldnt have to worry abut ever paying for college if they attempted to deny graduation.

    Clue for parents, your kids are going to lie about where they are going, you wont stop that ever. Just set reasonable limits that will be somewhat broken but that your kids dont go TOO far over the line.

    Rules will be broken, but it just depends how badly, and tracking on a cellphone sure as shit isnt gonna do anything.

    Oh yeah, I forgot that 16 of the 19 individuals from the last major airplane hijacking were white...and 80 years old...

    They shouldnt focus on just one particular group of people, but I think it is pretty safe to leave people that normally reside in a nursing home alone.

    Of course I also think airport security is just a big waste of time, allow guns on the plane, allow knives, machetes, whatever. It wont make any difference, NO one is hijacking a plane anymore. Look at the shoebomber, they nearly killed him (and I am kind of suprised he is still alive)

    Just check for bombs and who gives a shit about anything else, give the passengers immunity and any hijacking situation will be dealt with

    Getting personally searched and fondled is invasive. Spending 20 seconds in a machine that checks for chemical traces is hardly invasive.

    Go to the airport once and you will quite clearly see that white people get searched quite frequently and it is blatantly obvious they are doingto keep a high ratio so that the media doesnt run with a story about how middle easterners are being "targeted"

    I dont know what airports you go to, but most are afraid to search the arab looking guy because of a lawsuit for profiling.

    IBM has long had a policy that it would rather spend 10 times the cost of the buyout destroying a company that tried to make a quick buck sueing them like the SCO case. Because it will discourage future lawsuits of frivolous nature. Conversly if they would have bought them, it would only encourage them and cost IBM a lot more in the future.

    They are meant for poor areas, but that term varies quite a bit.

    Oh and you are completely wrong about some area's not being suitable to live. Considering Africa has some of the earliest civilizations... they obviously have been there for a while now and the environment has little to do with the problems. Wars, slavery, more war, and psychopathic dictators are why much of the continent is so terrible.

    It isnt a misconception, it is a fact of the world. Education = better life. The more education, the more modern development, the better things become.

    No you are thinking of the western POV. You believe that Africa has one class of people, dirt poor, barely surviving and in a constant struggle for food and shelter.

    In reality this isnt focused at those people, but rather the ones that have overcome that daily struggle and have what is considered a decent live there, education is the next goal for them.

    This is for children that have overcome the daily quest for food.

    Why do people insist on thinking this is for children that dont have any food and live in ditches.
    Not every poor person falls into that category.

    Currently I have been buying a LOT of gamecube games and pay on average $2-5 a piece.

    They want to charge the same amount for a game 10 years old. Sorry, they will probably only get one or maybe 2 sales from me

    So you mean to say that 50% of the users are still on 98 and earlier... the only relevant statistics I could find was 16% in 2004. Those machines have been dropping like flies since then in my experience.
