I suspect that this announcement will be something regarding starcraft or a diablo MMO. But, truth be told, I'm not really happy with Blizzard right now.
World of Warcraft was my drug of choice for a good long while, but it got very frustrating towards the end. Aside from the infighting in my guild, the drop rates for gear as well as the vast imbalance between a few classes in PvP and PvE, I've lost faith in Blizzard. I don't think they can make good dames like Diablo, Diablo II and Starcraft again, I think that they're entirely too happy to suckle at the MMO money teat.
I don't blame them, however. They're in this business to make money, but as of this moment, approximately 5 months away from 2007, I am just not excited about their announcement of an upcoming announcement.
I've been gaming since I was five, now, 25 years later I hear this bullcrap spewing forth from a suit that couldn't give two shits about anything but his bottom line.
If the PS3's like a dinner at a fine restaurant, then the Wii is like a dinner at your Italian Grandma's house, where everything is hand made, everything's made with love, there's lots of it, and she's always telling you to eat more, you're too skinny, what's the matter with you?
It's not trendy and people won't ooh and ahh in jealousy, but damn if you won't be fat, happy and ready for more.
I beg to differ.
Death and Rebirth was basically the creator going "What, you didn't like my ending? FINE. HERE. Everyone dies and is miserable, you happy now?"
The ending of the anime was fine as is, if you bothered to think about it. I highly reccomend ignoring the two movies that followed it.
The xbox 360 is still a toy. It's a dedicated machine to play games, and it's still a large chunk of money to drop on a dedicated game machine. Whether or not they do the damage to a pc instead is irrelevant to this discussion.
It doesn't change the fact that $400 is STILL a lot of money to drop just to play some games, whether it be a game system or a video card.
Microsoft realizes that artificial shortages creating massive hype for their product even at an exorbitant price range (yes, 400 is too much for a toy) will allow them to sell more machines longer, rather than making them readilly available at a higher cost, and trying to sell them all immediately.
Author is a moron. Article is very poor trollbait.

Best practices: Assume everything you put on the internet is public, because chances are, it soon will be.

I can only imagine. All I want is infinite life for castlevania because I'm absolutely terrible at it.
