    If all you need is heat, you can get on of the 40 watt heating elements they sell at the stores for reptiles. They produce no light, but last a lot longer than a bulb.

    Then how are these people going to get paid? they certainly won't get a salary for making the design and ownership of the result. Even if you could work that out, a lot of things are designed by hundreds of people.
