I bought a PC with Windows 7 Home - it was coming up with error-messages that not even Microsoft knew (at least not when asking them). Good luck fixing that! Even re-imaging it didn't help.
Solution: Installed Linux - no problems. Hardware is fine, only the OS was/is flawed beyond repair.
Since it is belgacom, I'm surprised they even discovered it; Very likely it could have gone on for years, and they are only seeing the most-recent intrusion. Belgacom generally are incompetent, such that it often takes them 4-5 attempts to connect a phone-line (per our repeated experience, ca everytime someone in the area moves)
I'm fairly laid back, but it only took 1 completely effed up flight with them, for me to call my travel-agent and inform them to never book that particular company ever again.
It isn't damage control. It is technician stupidity.
Apologists need to stop trotting out equivalents to, "Don't attribute to malice.. bla bla stupidity," at every corner.
People just need to understand that there is a point where Stupidity stops being a valid and reasonable excuse. Still having Tepco handling all of this is one such case, where it is not longer correct to attribute it to Stupidity.
I do something similar in Kerbal Space Program, when I get lazy during a rendevous maneuvre:)
But, sometimes I do it "properly", and try to figure out what the funk a hofman transfer is, and where my target will be when I get to where it will have been... Pain the in the Rear!
Its by law where I'm from - almost any beverage-container can/must be returned to the store, with a law defining a fee (deposit) for the container. Parallel to that, we separate waste into bottles, cans, glas-stuff, plastic, paper, organic and waste...
Around Season 4 (late season 3?) DS9 really started improving, and Season 6 of DS9 is generally some of my preferred StarTrek. A lot of people never made it past Season 2, which is a shame.
Being from the western part of DK, where the hospitals are being removed, schools closed, public transport severely reduced, please explain "those wonderful government benefits"...

this is why they focused on chinese market - soon to be bigger than US market.

here's to hoping Jolla somehow manages to combine the two worlds.
You'll want to take a good, hard look at Jolla.
Disclaimer: besides having preordered a Jolla phone, I'm not in any way affiliated with them.
Screen without speakers costs a LOT more than screens with - reason: production quantities.
Personally, I'd prefer a nice screen, with a single HDMI input, no speakers, no tuners, no internet ...
Good luck finding one of those :(

Clearly you've not flown KLM :)

Trabant was supposedly indestructible - the plastic composite was a right nightmare to dispose of.
Driving between the UK (MPH) and mainland (KPH) would cause for some "fun" ...
[...] but at the level they observe, they cannot sent anyone in there to make these measurements.
Oh, I'm sure they can locate some individuals in the upper management, who could/should be sent in.....

Is amazing the navigational errors you can make, after enough mushroom-laced fermented honey...

When you've located a person with that name, here is a link to Warp Field Mechanics 101, by NASA:

Used to? We still return bottles, plastic and glass, as well as cans for beers/sodas to the stores :)
Glass bottles are reused, some plastic bottles are reused while others are turned into a granulate and the cans are melted and reused.
Heck, at festivals, you'll see people go around collecting the dirt-cheap plastic beer-glasses, which they take to a stand for refund.

The local danish* price, incl taxes, equates to 645.90 USD.
*: Part of the EU
Please tell me where US sales-tax bump it anywhere near _that_ price.
if the person you are talking is from the USA, I'd venture a solid 35% likelyhood that the answer is "no..."
This is why you change the Bug Status from "New" to "Need More Information", and NOT to "Closed" or "Get Lost, Ass".
Struts - they are what makes Space Flight possible!
Observation: Nothing I've found in Belgium really classifies as "bread", except for a few imported options :)
