I've said this in front of management where I work, its my time and ill use it how I want. The only thing they warn about is if you run out of time and get sick, but then there is fmla (if you don't mind not getting paid) if I don't get sick very often, its not fair that I can't still use accumulated benefit time just as much as someone who is of lesser health.
