My question about the process since H2 is held inside something that looks like a pill would be are there any residues resulting from the chemical conversion?
I noticed he was installing something called Broadjump Client Foundation. I know you don't need software for a cable modem to work so I asked if it was necessary. He said he had to do his list of things, and we had to sign that he did his list of things, otherwise he couldn't leave it with us to use.
This would have prompted me to kick him out of the house and demand that they give me a self starter kit.

Hell, I work in a different industry (ophthalmic or eyeglass industry) and these people are licensed, and still don't know what to do. Our machines do 75% of the work they used to do and still they heap $h!t on us when we call them back to help them. Licensed or not, if people think your equipment doesn't work because they don't understand how to use it, and by god we train them, people will still be pissed off at you because the machine doesn't wipe its arse.

You could make this battery pack rechargable and have an even 12V output using two 9.6V Maha Powerex
batteries and two regular NiMH batteries.
This would have prompted me to kick him out of the house and demand that they give me a self starter kit.
