    They are about to cut the network (DH2002 is almost over), so I answer a few of this questions briefly:

    500 SEK, about 55 US$

    People live here during the event, but they come from all over Sweden.

    >whats the most popular game being played there?
    Counter-Strike :-(

    Q3A and Warcraft 3 are other popular choices.

    >whats on the big screen?
    Info, finals from game compos, demoscene stuff and other fun stuff :-)

    Yes, they surely are...

    Everything has been running extremely smoothly with a nicely segmented and configured network. Download speed (Free software or shareware, of course) usually is close to 100mbit/s as aspected - something that's not that easy to manage when 5000 geeks starts pumping stuff around :)

    I have seen several ads here in newspapers where Nokia is searching for software engineers and stuff...

    At my work we used Exchange 5.5 on a P100 with 96Mb RAM. 150+ users, no speed problems at all.

    Of course I would prefer some opensource solution, but my boss likes Microsoft :/

    On a side note, I strongly believe that if car makers made it easier to change the plastic body panels, people would love to own a few different sets so if they got tired of the current color, they could switch.

    As far as I know, this is possible on the SMART. God damn ugly car though :)

    Hey, dependency checking does not work as intended in red hat either! Diff in names and stuff mess things up for the beginners anyway...

    Slackwares way is better: Let the sysadmin do the thinking.

    Why are keyboards such a problem? I am using a Danish one right here, and I use a different one again when in Belgium..

    well i'm sure danish people would be pretty disturbed if they have to use a keyboard from Belgium, or a spanish, or... etc

    nah, security=domain is used when you authenticate your users against *another* pdc...

    if your are doing your own pdc, you should use security=user

    hmm and I was going to buy one these suckers (g400 32mb)...

    thought the g400 drivers where more stable by now, since g400 is almost a year old now...

    why not just reuse my old mystique 220 instead? ;-)
