  1. Experience on Best Buy 'Geek Squad' Accused of Pirating Software · · Score: 0

What comes around goes around. The BB geek squad has been pulling my chain for a while now on a laptop purchase. I had the lemon policy and my machine's hinges kept on cracking (manufacturer defect), and touchpad stopped working, and keyboard stopped working. In total I had to send my laptop in four times, which is when the policy goes into effect. Geek squad, however, sent the laptop in outside of my extended warranty to void two of the repairs. So now I'm stuck with my failing laptop while they sit happy not having to replace it.

  2. Slashdot on The Man Behind Online Porn's 'Steve Lightspeed' · · Score: 3, Funny

'But few in the porn world know much about Steve Jones, the 39-year-old married father of two behind the Lightspeed persona -- and that's the way he wants to keep it.' I hear slashdot is a great place for a porn king to be noticed.

  9. WOW on Ballmer Babies Banned From iPods and Google · · Score: 0

It's amazing how the man can make one little joke in an article, and slashdotters instantly start calling him an evil gorrila. You even go as far as saying that what he does in his own house is his business.. have you tried reading the article? "Do you have an iPod? No, I do not. Nor do my children. My children--in many dimensions they're as poorly behaved as many other children, but at least on this dimension I've got my kids brainwashed: You don't use Google, and you don't use an iPod." Wait.. now I see it.. he really IS EVIL! He brainwashed his kids! Any many who deprives his own children of sleep for days, denies them food, and forces thoughts into theirs heads is a bad man. Try not to read into a lighthearted comment, he is a human being after all.
