So lighten up Francis, and don't take things so personally - I don't care if you didn't get the joke, and Blizzard doesn't care if you don't play WOW on Windows. I am here to primarily amuse myself, and if others are also amused in the process, that is just a bonus.

And for the record, your zealotry of telling others they are "wrong" is not amusing to me either.

Well, considering it is stationary, it would be quite a trick for the enemy to sneak up on it without getting shot, plant a mine UNDER the sentry, and get far enough away that when it detonates, there will be no human injuries. And considering the sentry's ability to track targets at 500 meters, I would think there would be a better way to take these out. That is the biggest problem I can forsee with them being stationary - all you need is some long range artillery to take them out.

The invation wasn't "secret" - the US DEA was helping the Canadian law enforcement in an official capacity. It's not a big deal or a conspiracy - they were just offering them training and probably intelligence gathering techniques. And if the DEA agents are certified with their firearms, I'm sure it is quite legal to bring them into Canada, especially if they are working with the blessing of the Canadian government. I realize it may be harder for Canadian citizens to get conceal and carry permits, but I am guessing that law enforcement agents are allowed, even under the strict conditions.

Now once they got there, some of that "free will" may have vanished, but hey, when you decide to put your faith in religious crazy folks, what did you think was going to happen?? At least they didn't decide to take out as many "non-believers" as they could before the all killed themselves.

They can point all the guns they like with the Canadian Authorities approval - they just can't actually "arrest" anybody. I'm sure the US authorities were there because the case involved trafficing into the US. I'm guessing the US DEA has a little more experience with that kind of stuff than the Canadian DEA or equivalent, which was probably the other reason they were involved.

There is a solution called "local bands". Support your local music scene. Unless you are from Bumfuck, Nowhere there are probably at least a few bands playing small clubs in your area that suck less than the "stadium" acts. And it won't cost you $100+ to see them. And if you think all your local bands suck - start a band that doesn't.
