By the way, a case of ramen (36 packages) can be had for under $15. You must eat over 10 gallons of peanut butter and 200 cans of pasta a month. By the way, eating a highly marketed name brand pasta would not be the choice of a budget concious shopper. Look in the bean and pasta aisles at the large bags of product without the fleshly logo.

Since the keyboard makes it the same size as the air, I think Apple is well on their way. They just need to replace the i7 with an i5 and crap up the keyboard. From the video it does not look like Microsoft wants anyone to use the touchscreen.

I agree with your premise, but the New Testament should ot be used as a source for what anyone said. It was written hundreds of years after Jesus died. It is not historical fact. It is a work of religious fiction. Just because something is popular does not make it fact.
I concur. Jesus was a bit of a rabble rouser, but by most accounts he would not have liked crusades and inquisitions once. Had he been alive by that point, it is likely Christians wold have killed him. Don't judge someone by what the fools that followed did in their name.

The differences are: Applemuses the product in the demos, Apple tells you when the device can be ordered, Apple tells you when the device will be shipped, and Apple tells you how much the device will cost. This is no more a shipping device than the slate was.
But you cant link a slimmer laptop with discrete graphics for any price. You can't even do that with the old MBP. People all have different ideas of superior.
Well then don't buy from Microsoft since they did not want to take the extra time required to make their browser almost standard compliant until the 10th major release.
My original iphone still works fine at over 5 years. It is more of an ipod touch now as I have the phone service turned off but it works great for my 3 year old. The 3GS is still getting new versions of iOS 4 years after it was released.
I agree eventually she is going to need some update for the App. Hopefully the developer can work out their patent issues by then.

1000 full cycles to 80% does not really mean 3 or 4 years to completely useless.
The price turns out to be $199 battery and service.. Good try though.
Of course the think pad battery lasts half as long and only costs slightly less to replace on your own.
