I have no idea who owns the rights to the series (Does Fox still have them?), but Sci-Fi should gobble up Firefly and stick it in the gaping hole where SG-1 used to be. There'd be yet more fans, yet more of a convincing audience to make a sequel series, and if you're too damn cheap to buy the DVDs actually give people a chance to watch the series.
And maybe the rest of whatever Apple has outside of the PowerMac. Or Mac Pro, whatever.
Though it's about damn time that they have more than 1 optical drive and 2 hard drives crammed into the Mac Pro. Gives more incentive to ditch my behemoth PC Tower.
I always refer everyone to that comic whenever they start whining about Warhammer "ripping off" Warcraft/Starcraft. Which, if anybody knows their history, is the other way around.
...But I'm waiting for the day when *somehow* IBM/Lenovo sticks OS X on their laptops.
That'd be one fucking sweet laptop.
Not only could you "safely go on the internets" but you can do so while you're beating someone on the head with it! Indestructable both inside and outside!
I don't code much, but it's a Hell of a lot better what anything my Uni provides us (which they actually do provide it in the labs, but nobody ever uses it). Not only is it free but the staggering amount of plugins that you can easily obtain for it can make it stack up to just about any IDE out there.
Though it would be nice if they'd update the stable version, I'm tired of getting the latest through Betas.
OK, here's a problem: They want to push games 'n software onto HD-DVD/Blu-Ray... And yet I've yet to see anything of that matter on DVDs!
You know, DVD, the media that singlehandedly wiped out VHS in the movie industry and made data storage a bit easier? I'm getting sick of changing discs in the middle of installing games, I just want to plop in one disc like how it used to be! Every single person on the planet has a DVD drive in their PC/Mac/Whatever (and if you have a souped-up box and STILL don't have a $20 drive, you're a total idiot), so why aren't there any games that use it?
I don't see why it's so hard to do it, it's been out long enough and next-gen media is on the horizon.
Anyway, I wholeheartedly recommend every single person that reads this to read GitS (if you haven't already). It not only shows where exactly the world will be in a few years, but also give a good idea as to the risks of humans having pooters implanted into their brains with connection to the webbernets (brain and personality hacks, whee!). Or Hell, watch Stand Alone Complex, it's the manga put on TV.
In the case of Radiant Silvergun, you've got Ikaruga. It's on a modern console (Gamecube & Dreamcast), it's FUN AS HELL, and it's maddeningly challenging.
Damnit, you beat me to the GitS reference mumbo-jumbo.
...Win2k+ nonwithstanding due to me not really giving a damn about them. For all I know, MS loves them to pieces.
It's "Turismo", not "Tourismo"

4chan.
In which case, there's porn of EVERYTHING there.
There's porn of her.

Let's have some more Firefly.

Hell, go to my College. Every single PC and Mac I've ever came in contact with in any of our labs has Firefox as the default browser.
I'm quite certain you'd be laughed out of a lab room if you were caught using IE other than testing HTML/CSS.
I'm still waiting for the Core 2 Duo iMac.
And maybe the rest of whatever Apple has outside of the PowerMac. Or Mac Pro, whatever.

SCIENCE!
Classic.

It would work if Linux was as retard-proof as OS X is.

Hear hear for jEdit!

Well actually, it started when I first started seeing city-wide wireless internet, and then Rhode Island wants state-wide wireless...

+3 (Awesome movie)
-1 (Nobody's gonna get it D:)
But I thought it was mostly harmless?

No.
NOnoNOnoNOnoNO.
What happens in 4chan, STAYS in 4chan!
Google Motherfucker, do you use it!?
It's about an emo kid trying to get laid.
Very good series, but way way WAY deep down it doesn't change much from that.
Everything spoken there is nothing but the truth
