You can format the drive using HFS (Mac file system) and the 360 will read files from it perfectly. I use a program called Mac Drive http://www.mediafour.com/products/macdrive/ to transfer data from my Windows PC to my USB "Mac" hard drive. I then plug the USB HD into my 360 and play media off of there. It's a bit of a pain in the ass but for me it's the best option.
So let me get this straight, rock stars will now have to actually WORK for the money they make? They can no longer rely solely on record sales to provide their multi-million dollar mansions. Boo-fucking-hoo, I've always supported the music I like by going to seem them in concert. An album is a way to create interest and get new fans to come see you live. This is the new music market the "record industry" had better start slimming down.
Man I have fond memories of Rampart. Late at night, two buddis and I would be huddled arround a PC monitor having a damn good time as we battled it out with little Tetris pieces. Such an amusing game.
Much like the sentiments above, this makes me sad. Firefly has to be one of the most well done sci-fi shows to-date. I know that it had its problems but deep down it has (had) heart. Ah well.. at least we still have Battlestar Galactica.
The irony is that in the "pro's" and "cons" of each case they have about 4 or 5 different sentiments total, there are more pictures of the crappy cases than discussion about each.

Not to burst your bubble but dual layer burners cost approximately $40 to $60.
