or hiring from tech school that have classes that are more tech and less G.E / Introduction to the Internet for filler or wait some schools make you take stuff like art history and PE as in Physical education as filler as part of a 4 year BS.

need much better pay to motivate jury $17 a day is way to low and just covers the costs of parking / public transportation.
may jury pay start at $50-$100 day + lunch. and $150 if a over night stay is needed. with added pay for 2 week trials.

and the 2-3 min boot time + 30 min + guide load time on cables boxes after a power loss does not help as well.
