They go the point where they wanted to throw away their common sense and pass the blame to something else for running their life. If it goes well its god's plan, if it goes shit then its god's plan, they have abdicated responsibility for their lives.
My god.. that'll really do the creationists head in. Another monkey relative and the 2 species possibly being able to have sex - i can hear them falling to the floor in dead faints now.
If i'd paid for an app or OS and it was shit and not finished, then i'd never buy again. SO thats the reason i'd never buy MS again - which i haven't since Win 98 and watching the Win ME crap out and discovering SuSe.
Linux and its apps are generally free and done by volunteers so no real place to moan unless you are willing to join in and help.
Did you do an update or fresh install? Every time i've tried update, i've had to go back and do a fresh install. The update process doesn;t seem to take into account config changes and delete old config keys/values.
"the KDE team stated from the get-go that they were developer previews and still needed work." - yes, but unfortunately there are a lot of knee-jerk idiots out there that couldn;t understand that concept so i guess they attacked out of embarrassment of being too stupid to understand
"I still need a few gnome config utils to get XFCE to do what I want," that sort of shoots a hole in your argument. you are also "screwed" by XFCE because you need to some Gnome tools to make XFCE do what you want.
my server doesn't need to know where its going, its stationary.
For adults to believe in any superstitions is pathetic
yep, but christians only apply the good personality traits and completely leave out the genocidal, misogynistic, child abuser etc side.
Hi, the name's Balmer, Steve Balmer....

"Unfortunately for us both... I can't ever seem to forget anything that I read." -

Was Earl Grey dead before he was ground up and used for tea?
"Buddhism is hardly a religion. "

There's just something about how GNOME's UI is laid out that rubs me the wrong way.
