its been shown that you can upload a chinese restaurant menu to Uber as proof of insurance so i think Uber should have insurance to cover any driver that games the system and gets a customer injured. they should be barred until they stop avoiding taxes as well

i'd class coke and pepsi as energy drinks anyway due the caffeine content and high sugar levels. "Energy drink" is a spin label for high sugar and/or caffeine.

CocaCola tried to sell a bottled tap water in the UK and it bombed. It would be a trade description failure if anyone tried to sell tap water as mineral water. I personally have had tap filters for 20 odd years because i hate the taste of chlorine. i only buy a bottle of non-fizzy water to refill and reuse (until it breaks) with filtered tap water. But i will buy mineral water in a restaurant for the same reason, i don't want the taste of chlorine in the tap water provided.

Some, if not all, of these school killings are done by non-criminals, they only become criminals after the first shot. Criminals with guns generally only shoot people because they think the person they are robbing might have a gun so you are in a catch 22 with that argument

  9. Re: Gun-free zone? on 10 Confirmed Dead In Shooting at Oregon's Umpqua Community College · · Score: 1

So it makes a mockery of the "if everyone carried guns no-one would shoot" argument if you exercise restraint.

" I would never wish to place an innocent in harms way" - i afraid you do that every time you carry a gun in a area with innocent people because its pointless carrying a gun if you are not going to use it. Its then becomes just an "egotistic fashion statement" to make yourself look "big". Any idiot with any sense would shoot the people with guns first as they generally have the advantage of surprise.

if everyone carried guns all the time you'd end up with situations like "road rage" where a silly argument would end up with guns drawn.
