Im all for subatomic and quantum physics research - whatever you want to name this field with hip terms.
But, going about intentionally ripping space/time, getting into dark matter and whatnot, without actually having grasped and totally measured the presence, effects and mechanics of what we already discovered in regard to these, is dangerous. imagine if the research at the turn of the century went a bit too fast, and someone accidentally caused a nuclear fission without taking proper precautions at a lab. dark matter and what surrounds it, may be holding similar energy potential to unleash in certain conditions. i wouldnt want to meet those conditions before we know that we actually know what we are doing.
If it was something that was really locking linux out in an apparent fashion, matter could be taken into courts.
But now customer is not prevented from doing it - but, this time will need to be able to get into bios, turn it off, and only after that install linux.
as you can readily agree, vast majority of computer users would not even know what 'bios' was. so, if a non-tech person from idaho was recommended linux, and got ahold of a cd and attempted to install it............ go figure.
This situation will make it slower for linux proliferation in mainstream, due to the tech aptitude threshold. And conveniently too - you cant argue against it because if someone knows what a bios is and what is the setting for allowing other oses, s/he can do it. if not, s/he can not. so convenient.
That's how capitalism works. That's the reason why 5% get 72% of everything in america, and the rest 85% live with the false hope of getting into the top 5% while they continue their lives by taking only 15% from the economy.
there is only one shape that deflects/refracts/breaks radio waves _in a way to make them less detectable_.
yes. read up. the shapes for that are defined. you need to break and deflect the waves, while also absorbing it with absorbent material. thats why b2s had visible radar image compared to f117s. mainly due to the round shape of the cockpit of b2s.
the principles behind how geometric shapes deflect, refract or break the radio waves have been known since 1950s. any object made to do that, would resemble another object built to do that.
organizations like drug cartels are practically sociopath organizations. it is very tough for even major governments to handle them.
the fact that anonymous is actually taken by the drug cartels as a serious threat that requires this much action basically tells that anonymous is on the same league with them in regard to impact now.
It is because it makes me feel as if im doing it, which is very irritating. that dusty blackboard, the nails going against it in the opposite direction.
notice, the feeling is not so irritating if you do it in the right direction - outwards.
charging for what you sat and manually coded for a client, is not proprietary. you are basically doing the work of a construction worker or building contractor.
also, if you set your cpuid to genuineintel in some of the benchmark programs, you will get suprising results:
try changing cpuid=genuineintel for +47% INCREASE IN SCORES.
changing cpuid to GenuineIntel nets 47.4% increase in performance:

'free energy' or 'zero energy' is something that have come out of the gatherings einstein et al made in their day. its not some fairy tale. it is a theorized state in physics that the technology has not been able to formulate or approximate yet.
it will be effective again. the conditions which made it effective havent changed. only in europe, its mandatory to have a ballot box, and there microsoft wont be able to pull shit. but in america, where it is possible to just pay a fine and keep going, they will. when microsoft did not oblige with ballot box decision in europe and started delaying tactics, eu started to fine microsoft 500,000 euro a day, and microsoft suddenly complied before a week turned out. america does not do that.
no unfortunately. emulation is not able to provide full accommodation. even with dosbox, there are many games that dont work, and a lot that works, work with issues minor or major. it wouldnt be too same for any xp game with emulators.
Light, gets work done, all games run on it, this that.
The gaming underground loves it even more. Xp Sp2 is the preferred version for seeking max fps on 3d games it seems. There are 'stripped/edited' slipstream versions of xp sp2 being traded in underground, which apparenly consumes only 84 mb of system memory or something.
it seems its here to stay for a loong loong time with its huge software base.
it is worse than other options. because it will exclusively and universally be available without any exceptions. it would be impossible not to use it, due to the widespread availability.
and that is the main problem. it will create one universally available identifier for all devices, which will inevitably reduce the variety of and the need for any other security mechanism. it will be much cheaper to just use that.

Something that will slow down something, will slow it down, regardless of how fast or slow that was.

Unfortunately the only reason seems to be not wanting to pay for it
whats unfortunate about it. half of the reason we invented free software, was because we wanted people to use software for free and in abundance.

You mean, senators named the bill after themselves ? with a hip, trendy 'e' prefix in compliance with digital age ?

I thought they would at least wait 1 month to be politically correct.
and now since there is nothing to push from drupal core, why not push its themes ?
ehhhhhhhhhhhhhh .
im earning my living from php/mysql/html/css for the last 6 years. and im earning even more today. and having to turn down potential new clients.
