    If you pay to see a film at a cinema do you then expect to get the dvd of it free?
    Yes. You should NEVER have to pay for a movie more than once. Do you want to pay for access to your couch every time you sit on it? Or when you open your refrigerator? That is what is so screwed up about the entire industry. If that actually happened, we would have much more content. Their job (as I am one of them) is to make content constantly. Not make something once and ride it for life.

    If they recently discovered a work of it from the 1960s that they willingly destroyed because they were too cheap and short sighted to think of the future then yes they should. The point is A) these were paid for lost ago. B) they ONLY EXIST because someone outside the BBC possessed forethought to save it.
    So yes they should be shown for free. The opportunity for profit passed long ago. Unfortunately we all didn't possess foresight to fix this then so they do.

    I will make this so simple that everyone can understand. The moment that Washington DC announces it, its public. It doesn't matter that the light cone hasn't extended to Chicago yet. Oh 2pm in Chicago is 3pm in Washington DC.

    Basically what he is saying is our universe is the inside of a 4d black hole. Beyond the edges of it would be the 4d universe. Millions of 4d light years away, the 4D earth has 4d humans whom elected an actually rational president who doesn't want to 4d bomb other countries.
    The big bang basically a 4d supernova. So the question is now how many 4d stars are there? How much faster is 4d photons?

    Ok, since two people actually modded this up, I bite. You want to build a genetic weapon that eliminates races because they are poor? Or because you blame them for negative behaviors? No you don't. Because if this was created (which it can't because you seem to tie skin pigment with social ills) the Arab races could use this to do the exact same thing. You see, they believe just like you that they are the decent society and everyone else needs to be groomed away, as you say.
    As for the xprize itself, there is too much greed. Yes, greed. Not everything should be about profit. Its stagnant because no one wants to sink billions into finding a cure for the betterment of everyone. To be clear, no one wants to be the one that gives billions for no other reason that to make the better place. Until someone does, this is how things will go.
