Can someone explain what is so Objectionable about the Hunters and Fishers party that it needed to be grouped with an obviously racist white nationalist organization?
I'm not really finding any thing all that objectionable about the hunters and fishers.
That "Anti-Gun Propaganda" was being spewed by a gun owner and a CWL holder. Nothing about that video was anti gun.
That video was anti POS "lockable storage containers" which are passed off a "safes".
And the lock on that 92FS could be quickly and easily removed without much effort. That could be picked easily or removed with bolt cutters.
Attempting to shoot someone in the foot is stupid and dangerous. Extremities are very small and difficult to hit and shooting at possibly hard ground can cause a ricochet which would put others in danger.
If you are shooting at a person, you shoot for center of mass. If the situation doesn't require lethal force, you shouldn't bring a weapon into the situation.
No, the AK is preferred around the world is because it's stupidly cheap and if you can't find some of the millions in existence, you make one mostly out of sheet metal and rivets.
On top of that
There are people across the spectrum that believe in private firearm ownership, however the overwhelming majority are found on the right. I'd say 80 to 90% of gun owners are right leaning.
Not quite, I have a full auto(M-16) carrier in my rifle, even though my trigger group, safety, and receiver are not capable of supporting automatic fire.
Are you fucking kidding me? Half the gun nuts I know are fast approaching the fringe right and love the police state so long as the police state applies to everyone else. Most of them are moderates but they are single issue voters when it comes to firearms, the rest either libertarians or left leaning.
I don't think an NICS denial is grounds for prosecution considering the frequency of false positives and people not having any idea why they are being denied.
The real prosecutions result from straw purchases and lying on the form 4473.
.223 isn't a military cartridge. 5.56x45mm NATO is a military cartridge..308 isn't a military cartridge, 7.62x51mm NATO is a military cartridge.
The whole idea is fucking stupid anyways, since god only knows how many popular, common cartridges have been used by the military at some point. On top of that, the politically motivated could just direct military procurement to outlaw every new replacement round.
What? The military made a spec for a rifle cambered in.247, gave it a designation, and had a single unit produced, and kept for special purposes? Fuck you for not having 1000.00 laying around to start reloading.
From what I can tell, a rifled barrel is the most difficult part of the gun to manufacture, the machines used for it are expensive as hell and the process is time consuming.
Well the good news is that we can't reliably make all plastic cartridges, let alone all plastic weapons,.
On top of that, people with access to a CNC mill have been quite capable of machining a rifle parts out of billet for years(Specifically the controlled part of the weapon). Yet the world hasn't fallen apart.
Under US control: Spying
Under "International" control: Censorship

There incredibly few places where trespassing justifies deadly force.
Your example was fucking stupid and is a common suggestion put forth by people who have never handled firearms.
When it is good enough for our noble protectors to use, Ill consider buying one.
Nope. Still more worried about my racist neighbors deciding my biracial family needs to leave the neighborhood.

Brilliant way to waste money. Just take it to a gun shop which will give you a bill of sale and when they sell it they have to run a background check.

Yes, I'm sure this system is going to wonders for my abysmal split times.

Didn't you watch Die Hard?
Then he doesn't understand the law at all. You can make your own original design and build it so long as you aren't selling it.
And they totally exist.

You need a deep hole drilling machine to ream out a barrel, not a lathe.
That's because fully automatic weapons are regulated by other laws.
A lathe might work for a pistol, but for any rifle that uses a modern cartridge with modern powders, a lathe isn't going to cut it.

Or you can just go to bass pro shop.
