WTF?!? Still with the "Gates as Borg" icon? How long has Ballmer been in charge of MS now? I'm no fan either, but you have to admit his ball head makes a better Borg. He looks like a Borg without implants.
Given the size of the prison population is but a mere fraction of the general population, I'm guessing there would be waaaaaaaaaaaay more free citizens willing to sign-up for that one-way ride. I, for one, would leave my very lucrative IT job in minute if I were green-lighted that mission. I know a lot of of people that would sign up. My only concern is that my family would be taken care of financially.
Oracle has owned Sun since the April '09 announcement. OpenOffice is still free. So what's your major gripe with it? Until Oracle starts charging for it, I will continue to use it. By the way, Oracle also owns Java and MySQL, so I hope you never have to use those products, either.
Maybe it has something economy? Or that most people have just recently upgraded to HD sets from SD and view 3D as a gimicky trick to buy a new HD set? Oh and the content is not there to justify the purchase of a new 3D set.
