I am all for stopping that whole Microsoft Monopoly thing, but if they didn't include IE with windows... then how would one get the replacement browser, and don't say FTP because where am I going to get my FTP client without a browser to go d/l it in the first place?
For any slashdot links a quick and easy way around the "Websense" is to just use Mirrordot. It is not blocked by Websense and lets you view the articles that are linked to from/.
One could concievably take a pictures of a city, upload them to this program, stich the pieces together and then import it into a game world. How awesome would it be to actually be able to run around a city(say Toronto) and do things you always wanted to do... (dropping a penny off of the CN tower and having it hit someone:D)
This is offtopic, but the reason I mentioned it was becasue of the horrible update system it used and how when I did update it, it broke a ton of other, working, things...
This is interesting becasue that means that they could potentially throw it around at M$ and XFire and the like, although if they did I think it would just be bad PR and a lot of people would lose faith in them.
But how cool would it be for them to totally screw M$ over... anyone, anyone?
If they are doing it to capture the AMD market I think that it is going to fail because those of us on this side of the fence are here for more reasons than the "Hey, its cheaper... right?!" crowd. This will however be amazing if the price drop makes its way into the Macs, I have wanted one since they get their upgrade but I can't justify the cost...

A) And so you would be your own DM and everything eh? hmm... sounds like easy mode to me...
B) How long till you were bored of playing with yourself... 5 minutes... maybe? try again...
C) Why in the hell would you even want to play it by yourself? does that even make the least bit of sense to anyone other then the 13 year olds who just want to be L33T or however the hell "the cool kids" spell it.
And I can see you really agree with your argument with your anonymous reply... good work...

I just cannot help but hate this change. DnD is not a solo game, infact it is impossible to play alone. And not only that, but MMOs are not supposed to be solo games, so where is the point in this. All they are doing is catering to the mindless fools who just want an easy-mode for every game and to get everything so they can brag and think they are the best at everything.
Also I am viewing this as a sellout becasue when it was in development the devs stated that DnD is not a solo game and DDO would never be made to suit a solo playing style. Looks like the whining L33T speaking 13 year-olds of the world won out. Which IMO is so very sad for such a good rendition of a great PnP piece in an online setting.
In my opinion I think they are trying to make up in the virtual world for something they are lacking in reality.

It works for me... Hope it helps you too...
Sorry for being offtopic Mods..
They were launching White and Black versions in eurpoe only..
Just a note, that is the wrong pic. That is one of the Regular black DS, where they are saying the Black DS Lites were the ones stolen.

Umm, not coming soon, its here already... http://moon.google.com/
Shotgun Uranus! I call King (its mine now, I called it!)
I was wondering if anyone could list some *good* games for it
Also what are the prices of the games (preferably in CAD but USD is good too...)

Personally I know of quite a few people running 98SE and ME. It actually makes me laugh.
I also have a friend running MAC OS9.x so I guess anything is possible...

Just my 2 cents worth.
