Why was this modded redundant? This should be Interesting, if nothing else. A nice screen, wifi, removable storage, hardware accelerated media playback..
Woo! I'm one of eleven! (A better question is, how many people, myself included, like the ribbon interface better than the terrible tangle that was the menu system?)
These were all downloaded digitally. Not only that, they were already refunded their money for the purchase, why should Amazon give them more money back?
But what if it were Linux? If they were stupid enough to make the root password 'password', it's not Linux's fault, and it's not Microsoft's fault for the gov. being dumb enough to leave their computers open.
But that isn't always the case. My $FAVORITE_BAND released their last album a couple of years ago. They had a couple singles on the radio, but some of the album-only songs were even better, and there are a couple tracks that weren't singles that suck. But I would still rather have gotten the disk then buy individual tracks, because that means I could have missed the great ones until I heard them in concert. I just wish any of this money changing hands went directly to the artist. Then again it's usually the record company's fault for singles and suck. (You need to do a song about X)
Though to be honest, these could be a big hit (unfortunately, for the cause) if they sold and repaired Xbox 360's. On the spot exchange for a unit, just like Apple stores do.
Part of the problem with this is that nobody ever goes -at- the speed limit. If everyone traveled the same speed, and someone were going slower, then you could pass on the left lane, and everything would be smooth. But it never works.
I'm well aware of that, but most end users don't know about that (unless they're told by someone who does.) Also, you usually get free roaming.. inside the country. 'Leaving' the country is an entirely different roaming situation they neglect to inform you about.
They're not restarts, there's actually a timeline involved (somewhere.) And alternate timelines. And a bunch of different Links (but not the same Link, rebooted)

Why did this end up on the front page of /.?
You must be new here.

I wish I could give you all my mod points forever.
that can provide a proof of purchase.

Lucky. We had to read the latter, and I would have done anything to read 1984 instead of that, and Catcher in the Rye. Ugh.

"Screw the rules, I have money!"
And they probably have the Parental Advisory discs, too.
Psst, iTunes sells music in AAC!
(Woosh, yes, I know)

I we humans
Except when it comes to using the English language, apparently.
Hopefully people more competent than the Geek Squad.

ba dum tsh!
In all seriousness, we can at least hope their techs they know what they're doing, like Apple's Geniuses and much unlike Best Buy's Geek Squad.

Where would you buy those? At the jerk store?

They've overtaken Windows Mobile,
[citation needed]
There are cities on the US/Canadian border that you can pick up Canadian towers, and they will indeed charge you for roaming.
These were not official Google applications.
Why would you want to restart it? Just continuing it would be fine. :( Unless maybe rebooting it to before Serenity.

I'm fairly certain Star Fox 64 was awesome. The others, not so much.
