Now try it with a Linux distribution from 2001. You do recall that XP came out then? You are comparing apples and oranges. If you took XP and slipstreamed all of the necessary hardware drivers in, you would see the same thing.
I completely agree, it had been a long time since I had seen 4-6. The last time I had seen Jedi was in the theatre when it came out so when I did see them again I realized I had put them on pedestals and was looking at them with the perception of a 7 year old. But that perception had been expected to be the same when I saw them again and I was severely disappointed.
At that point I realized, they are no better plotwise (let alone the dialogue is pretty cheesy) than Ep 1-3 and the only thing that made it stand out was the level of special effects at that time. Now they look chintzy but back then they were the shiznit.
Every time I went into the Source (Radio Shack in Canada since someone still owns the name) and went to that section, the guy would always come over assuming I was stealing batteries or some remote control doodad because no one ever goes into that section anymore.
I think the "for whatever reason" nixes the fraud (I am sure the wording isn't exactly that but you get my point). His reason was he never intended to keep it. However I think if he did take it back, he probably would never have put up the web page.
Is the fact that it is so damn noisy. The fan is bad enough but the fact I will be watching a video from my computer and the drive is spinning. WTF is that for?
Stand by or Sleep? I found putting a desktop into Standby drops the wattage from 82W to 2W. Huge difference. In windows, stopping the desktop hard drives did not affect the 82W load. It just stopped it from cycling to a higher wattage with any little disk seek.
Another advantage with Standby, is you can set up scheduled tasks to wake up the machine.
Or admin's lack of understanding on slipstreaming drivers into boot cds. If Microsoft was putting out a new iso file every week this would be a non-issue. The fact is they do tell you on how to take an existing install CD and inject Service Packs, hotfixes and drivers if you are so inclined.
I'd also add the military background definitely helped. The nice thing about hiring former military is they have a tendency to be a little more mature than non and a better work-ethic. Not necessarily the rule but more often than not I have seen it.
There is one difference between Usenet and BT. How many open connections does Usenet use compared to Bittorrent? That in itself puts a load on the Router as it has to remember this.
I have been experiencing a minor annoying bug with Heron for the last while where the wireless connection will drop randomly. Reading the logs it shows that the wireless nic hasn't talked to the AP for a while and assumes it is out of range. I have seen others with this issue but no solution. A workaround is to restart networking.
The one thing about the video is if it was made intentionally to be used to take responsibility, you would think he would have said it was exactly as they had prepared for.
Plus, the only country in the world that recognized the Taliban as the ruling power in Afghanistan post Soviet invasion was Pakistan and (I think) Iran.
That plus the wireless network card drops randomly. The message in dmesg is that it can't find the AP so it assumes it is gone. Restarting the networking fixes it.
Old People and their sense of entitlement...until they get put into a home and forgotten about

I think you should have a hobby that is not relevant to your occupation. For me it's wrenching on my Jeep. It's something different

More likely your friends are stupid. (just kidding):)
I believe exchange works that way as well, unless a user modifies the message, then a separate copy is created.

That's silly it was because of lack of brain activity. That was when they were officially dead
Since she's essentially playing herself, one must question whether this is is really acting.
This could be argued about most primetime TV actors in the US.

Flying implies controlled, I suspect that even the couple moments before he crashed it wasn't controlled.
I don't necessarily think it is the driver as my wireless is identified as a bcm4306 by lspci. Yep Broadcom.
Call me a masochist, but that is too much like the Windows "you have issues with you server? Have you rebooted it lately" type of fix.
BTW the actual message that I think is causing it is:
No ProbeResp from current AP 00:40:10:10:00:03 - assume out of range
Of course I have broadcasting disabled on my AP so I wonder if it is related to that?

True dat.
Did you read the wiki on the Maginot Line before linking it? It did what it was originally intended to do which was redirect a frontal assault.
Except the one video where OBL says 9/11 went much better than they expected.
